When I entered the hotel, I could not find anyone at the reception. I found the gentleman from the safe in the restaurant, took him to the reception and checked in. The gentleman left a negative impression on me in general. The lady at the room cleaning service also forgot that I asked her to come to clean during breakfast, but she cleaned it later. Apart from that, she was very friendly. He was a positive person. Apart from these minor problems, I was satisfied with my stay, the prices, the nature, the view and the food.

The hotel has a very beautiful garden, by the lake. Rooms have lake view. Every need has been thought of in the rooms. When we wanted a crib for our little baby, even an unused crib was given to us, even the quilt pillow was never used, it was brand new. Hotel staff were very caring and polite. The breakfast in the morning was really nice, it is worth it if you come to the hotel only for breakfast other than accommodation. If we talk about the negative aspects, a high price is required, it would be better if dinner was included in this price. Also the hotel does not have an elevator, it can be difficult to carry a suitcase or stroller by hand on the stairs. If we come to the conclusion; It is a relaxing hotel that I will consider staying again and recommend to my surroundings.
