the structure is new, completely renovated recently. The first impact is very positive: light, soft colours, parking and the small garden and pool area are well kept. The large room, the bed was not a double but 2 single beds pushed together (which was very annoying) and as a third bed for my daughter they put an Ikea camp bed. Huge bathroom with shower inside the tub. Why disappointing? Because the Ikea cot opened making my daughter fall to the floor a couple of times during the night, so in the end at 5 in the morning she came to sleep with us. Made this known at the time of paying and not to the owner who didn't even mention making an apology, oh well. The shower was inside the tub...which is very dangerous as it is slippery and you risk falling. Poor courtesy set for a 4 star hotel. Disposable bathrobes and slippers present only for 2 and not for 3. The worst thing, however, was the breakfast. Practically a canteen. Tables not set, you had to take a tray, put your things, saucers, cutlery, etc. and queue for ...industrial minicroissants and pain au chocolat, some pan carre'. neither a homemade cake, nor freshly cooked eggs (only the kettle for hard-boiled eggs is present). There was only freshly squeezed orange juice. Frozen cheeses and cured meats, they were very cold because they were inside a mini fridge with a temperature of 4°. For a 4 star hotel costing 200 euros per night I expect much, much more. It was enough to set the tables, put a potty with some flowers, take care of the customer a little more. Coffee and milk from the communal kettle...things you find in much lower class hotels. Then for goodness' sake, clean and the owners are kind but that's not enough. We need more attention to the customer and to details. I definitely don't recommend it, it's not worth the money it costs. Sin
