10日ぶりに利用しました。
チェックアウト後の荷物預かりはできませんが、近くのカフェでゆっくりしてから出かけられるので満足です。
お部屋も綺麗だしデスクもあって、ちょっと遅い時間まで作業するのにちょうどいいです。

First of all, it's not bang in the centre, but it's close. Patraix is far enough from central Valencia that you are not surrounded by tourists, the neighbourhood has it's own authentic vibe. Downstairs there are two good bakeries for breakfast. The room itself is very good. Spacious. The biggest plus was the huge balcony you get all to yourself. You are in the penthouse of a building with, I believe, normal residents. If you get the top floor you'll be happy as you can spend a good deal of time chilling on the balcony at night. The room was clean, I can't find any faults with it. Okay the bathroom wasn't huge but who cares? I like the location too. It is about 5-6 minutes walk from Patraix station and a quick train anywhere you want to go from there. It's also only about 25 minutes to the airport on the train.

In addition, there are several cafeterias and restaurants nearby, very useful for breakfast. The only thing is that the elevator broke down during the stay.
