Lovely apartment perfectly located for the beach and 2 mins walk to bus stop to get into city centre. Olga was great, very helpful and was quick in responding to any questions we had. She picked us up from the airport and also arranged for a taxi to get us back to the train station on our departure. The apartment is well equipped and very comfortable and spacious. Would definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting Valencia. We will certainly book again if we are back in the city in the future.

Accommodation was first class. Shops, restaurants, bars, trains buses & the beach were all close to the apartment. Olga was very helpful and we really enjoyed the visit. Will definitely be back

Samen met mijn vriendin verbleven we in kamer 4 en het was echt een superleuk appartement! Het balkon was heerlijk en de airco werkte perfect — hij schakelt automatisch in wanneer dat nodig is, wat echt ideaal is. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig: een koelkast, elektrisch fornuis, vaatwasser en zelfs een wasmachine (die hebben wij niet gebruikt). Het contact met het personeel was snel en prettig, ze staan altijd klaar om te helpen. Ook de ligging is top: met de bus ben je in 20 à 25 minuten in de stad. Ik raad dit appartement aan iedereen aan die vlak bij het strand wil verblijven en wat extra ruimte en comfort zoekt! Together with my girlfriend, we stayed in room 4 and it was truly a lovely apartment! The balcony was great and the air conditioning worked perfectly it switches on automatically when needed, which is really convenient. Everything you need is there: a fridge, electric stove, dishwasher, and even a washing machine (which we didn’t use). The communication with the staff was quick and pleasant they’re always ready to help. The location is also excellent: by bus, you can reach the city centre in about 20 to 25 minutes. I recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to stay close to the beach and enjoy some extra space and comfort!

The stylish apartment is located on a lovely palm tree lined street in very quiet residential area, yet only 5-10 minutes walk from the beach, the port, numerous restaurants, bars and a large supermarket. Keyless entry to the building and the room was also a bonus. The apartment was clean, spacious, very quiet and the kitchen was well equipped. Olga was a great host and responded quickly to any questions or request, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Olga for a great stay in your lovely apartment and I'll certainly return.

A superb place to stay in Valencia. A beautifully restored building of contemporary light filled apartments providing all you could need for a comfortable stay. From booking to departure, everything was perfect. Olga has made sure that the apartments [we had a duplex, Apartment 4] are fully equipped with everything you are likely to need, nothing has been overlooked. The apartment was immaculate with regular housekeeping. Keycode entry to the building then into the apartment was another bonus. From the apartments you can walk to the beautiful, vast beach in around 8 minutes or to a bus or tram stop in 2-3 minutes to take you into Valencia or other surrounding areas. Olga helped us secure a booking in the highly rated and immensely popular "Casa Montana" restaurant - an experience definitely not to be missed - and replied promptly to any other questions we had. A wonderful stay. Would not hesitate to return.

The location of the apartment is excellent,10 minutes walk from the beach, a few minutes to the buses to the city. The apartment is very clean and very cozy.I can highly recommend it to everyone!! Very good restaurant nearby:"Casa Montana". The owner Olga helped us with eveything, Thank you very much.

Just completed a 15 night stay and it was perfect.The apartment was large and spacious everything was in good condition. The Cabanyl area is a perfect choice if you want to be near the beach, 15 minute bus to city center and truly be-in a locals area. There are numerous places to eat, all good and well priced, as well as multiple food stores. Olga was a perfect host in that she helped with anything we needed and there app has everything covered as well. We are already planning our next stay at Barracart it really was comfortable.
