"friendly and personal service the staff were all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping, transport, and the tourist sites. We would definitely stay there again.

Stay was comfortable. Location is one of the best. Food is delicious. Drink suggested by mukesh on second floor and prepared by surya was excellent. Nusa tower is the name served to us. Please try and enjoy. It is made of 6 alcohols. Wonderful coketail.

Four star faculties are not provided. No tea maker. Morning breakfast quality is average. Overall cleaning of rooms are ok.

Beautiful location (on the Devka beach promenade), excellent room service, delicious food and above all very cooperative staff / management. Te property has a well maintained lawn and a swimming pool too. The entire family enjoyed the stay in the hotel.

Rude staff for room service and really poor behaviour. Suddenly saying hotel policy which not acceptable to any customers. Make my should publish hotel policy while booking the room. This is first hotel in world who don’t allow to take your own drinks in room. Disgusting policy and mentality.

Lovely room! We had two king sized beds which were very comfortable. Staff were lovely at all times. One day, we had a problem with our air conditioning and they were more than happy to have it fixed right away. The rooms and hotel exteriors are clean. Lovely pool. We had dinner on both days in the restaurant and they have a varied food menu, ranging from tandoor, Indian, Punjabi, Chinese and so on. I would totally recommend the Bullet Prawns; absolutely delicious, full of flavour and the best part is, they’re flaming when they come to the table. I would stay here again.
