Before departure, we took one day of all-inclusive. Well, the hotel, to be honest, is very tired) they didn’t give me a hairdryer. the food is ok, but not a very big buffet. no wine((((But overall clean and comfortable beds.

The trip was of course very good, there were a few cockroaches in my bathroom, but it was resolved soon after I reported it. The food is good... if you compare it to other Cuban resorts, it's great.

This is a great hidden gem! Right on the beach, good food with large selection, clean rooms, the staff are fantastic. The evening entertainment was enjoyable. We had a great time. Honestly it was beautiful with Cuban charm. The building was a bit dated but honestly I’ve seen worse hotels in Canada. I was a bit nervous at first because of some of the reviews but I am glad we followed through with it! We had a wonderful time. I would recommend this place for sure.

Hello, my friends: I found the vibe friendly and the people very hospitable especially the bar staff, waiters and especially Lamorena, my maid during my stay in Room 344. She was very friendly and professional and very efficient and timely with her service. The view was great as I took in the sea and surf and the pool in a panoramic perspective from my balcony. They could improve the availability of the culinary selection and presentation as it was a hit-or-miss affair that had many guests grumbling for better quality. I am rather stoic on this front and accept the conditions in which my host country Cuba is in. Gord Ramsay would have a field day in the kitchen and turn it into a lesson on doing better with the available food. I would highly recommend a stay there alone, with friends and family as you will make many new friends. Thanks for your time. Jack
