ガンジス川から徒歩圏内で、ウーバータクシーでホテルから徒歩15秒程のところまで車が入れます。
スタッフは全員本当に優しくて、インド旅が不安でしたが本当に本当に暖かくてとても幸せな気持ちになりました！部屋もとても綺麗で水のサービスは当然ありますし、シャワーの水圧もとてもよかったです◎
チェックアウト後も快く荷物を預かってくれましたし、帰ってきた時に清掃もとても熱心にしているのをみてホテルの中の綺麗さの原因もとても納得のいく対応をしていました！また行くことがあれば絶対にこちらのホテルを使います！とてもお勧めします◎
部屋の綺麗さも勿論ながらスタッフの心優しい対応が何よりも嬉しかったです、ありがとうございました😊

Booked with them directly. It had been an unpleasant experience to be honest. - Had booked Super deluxe room but was allotted a deluxe one. - A fellow guest told me that he got the room in 2/3rd the cost Vs what I paid and when I complained this to the guys there, they just started telling plain lies. - Even after paying high prices, they never offered any complementary breakfast. - Highly compromised food quality. - No housekeeping happened during my 3 days of stay. Only Mopping that too on repetitive requests. - No Linen changed. - Stained Towels Highly unprofessional and untrained staff. A big let down..

Very warm and professional service. Well thought out room design and layout for comfort and a home away from home feeling. This hotel is centrally located, perfect for being able to explore Varanasi. I highly recommend for solo travel, group travel or business travel.

Good hotel, seems to be a new one. Location and its proximity to the Kashi Vishwanath temple is also a plus. Located near the Nandi Chowk, which is again a bonus as it’s close to all the famous eateries like Dina and Kashi chat. The staffs were very friendly and professional at the same time. A great stay and would love to come back here whenever I travel to Varanasi.
