I had some trouble checking in, the personal where not around and there is a fully automated check in booth. That doesn’t work to well, I had to pay again and when I tried to enter my email address to receive my roomnumber, it broke off halfway with no possibility to find out the room# other then try all of them, I was in room 324, that took me about an hour to find out, lol. After when I took my luggage there was someone there and he reimbursed my second payment and gave me a drink on the house, all good… rooms are good, location is superb..

What we loved: * Location: Best possible location to explore the city * Staff: Every staff member we encountered was polite, professional, friendly and helpful * Decor: Hotel is cosy, has minimalist but modern design, looks very nice for a 3* venue * Cleanliness: Everything was spotless * Comfort: Soft comfy beds and lots of storage and surface space in the room * Price: Very reasonably priced for the quality and location, compared to other options What could be improved: * When we checked-in there was no soap in any of the dispensers and it only got replenished after several days once we asked for it directly. * Pillows are ridiculously thick, like sofa cushions. Got a neck cramp and headache from first night so opted to sleep on a rolled-up towel instead for the remainder of the stay. * Bathroom layout is not great - toilet is behind a glass door just a meter from the bed, so it doesn't leave much privacy or sound insulation. Shower floods the toilet area no matter how hard you try to avoid it, leaving a puddle right in front of the toilet. * Noise: Hotel is sound-insulated, but there was a lot of plumbing noise coming from the pipes in the bathroom at all hours - banging, hissing, screeching etc, like sleeping next to a loud fridge or boiler. The door between the lift and the floor, as well as other room doors make the room shake when they get shut, and we were unfortunate to have neighbours who were slamming doors relentlessly till 2am on our last night. * Some basic tea facilities in the room would be very useful. Summary: Great hotel at a reasonable price with friendly staff and nice amenities. If you're lucky with the room and neighbours, you'll really enjoy your stay here :)

Travelled to Ukraine with humanitarian aid on Monday 121th April 2022 and needed a secure hotel.. We booked late at night and check in was easy. The hotel is situated in a very lovely housing estate and has extremely secure parking. The cost was reasonable and the hotel is far better than the three stars. Never took breakfast on this occasion. We returned on Thursday 14th April and unfortunately the cost had gone up considerably which was disappointing. This time we did take breakfast and it was extremely good.

The lobby was very stylish and quirky and the staff were pleasant enough. The breakfast buffet was good but a bit lacking in variety. My real issue would be the room as it was quite dirty -- I could take the retro industrial design but some surfaces had dust, the toilet paper roll was halfway used, there was something like mold inside the water kettle. Worst, the dust triggered my partner's allergies and kept him coughing throughout our stay. Temperature throughout the hotel is also centralized so if you get cold quickly you may have a problem, but they were kind enough to provide a heater. Would probably not come back.

Very nice hotel and staff

I could not fault the service received in the student hotel!! I have never met such friendly and helpful staff. They set such a great atmosphere and make the stay so much for pleasant. Everybody from the receptionist to the cleaners were so friendly and chatty! Our hotel room was spotless and really spacious with a spectacular view over Eindhoven city. The location of the hotel is ideal for anyone travelling looking for somewhere central to base with it being directly beside the train station and just a few minutes walk to the bus station. I could not recommend this hotel enough and will 100% be returning again. The weather was quite bad upon our departure and we kindly received complimentary hot chocolates, coffees and sweets from the manager of the hotel who could not have been nicer! It was such a lovely gesture and definitely made it an experience to remember.

The hotel was clean and tidy the staff very friendly free continental breakfast, There is a bus stop a few minutes walk from hotel where you can go to Airport or town. It's about €30 in a taxi from town. It would be a lot easier if the hotel posted the bus no's that you can get to hotel. 4401,403 get off at the park and ride opp McDs. Bus only€7.15 return. Would use again if I'm ever in Eindhoven again

Location: near Einhoven Airport, 1 bus stop, nearby office buildings including ASML, bus to Einhoven city center takes about half an hour Service: There are not many front desk staff, only one, but it is still helpful, the waiter service in the restaurant is polite and kind, worthy of praise Facilities: There is a gym room on the 1st floor, and there is a canteen on the ground floor where you can buy daily necessities and snacks

The hotel is within walking distance to Eindhoven Airport. Dinner was delicious. However, the service at restaurant was quite slow. No one came to take my empty dishes away for some time and I had to wait for more than 30 minutes for ice cream. The waiting was far too long and in the end I decided to cancel it. I am not sure whether the slow service was due to staff shortage or lack of training. If would be much nicer if the hotel can speed up things a bit.
