Pluses: - Owner is very kind - Cute dogs - Breakfast included - Rooftop space - Quiet Minuses: - It is not properly disclosed, but this is a SHARED HOME. It is not a "private suite." You share the bathroom with the owner. When we arrived, I thought that the bathroom hadn't been cleaned from the previous guests, because used towels and toiletries were in "our" bathroom. - EXTREMELY overpriced for what this is. The rate should be about 30-40% lower. - There's no A/C or fan, and in the summer it is stifling in the room. - The animals are very sweet & cute, but when you enter the kitchen for breakfast the smell is overpowering and not good. I do not recommend."
