Other than how unfriendly the evening check in lady was this hotel was great. Best La Quinta we have stayed at, rooms are clean, breakfast was good and the pool was a nice temperature. Just need some friendlier staff at night and a hot tub and I’d give them a 5/5.

There are a lot of issues with structural items like drywall in the bathroom showing water damage, flooring that is aged and damaged, shower rod loose, no towel bars in the bathroom, ice makers not working, and stained carpeting. The hotel is showing its age. The staff was wonderful, though - friendly and very helpful. We left an item in one of our rooms, and they were very diligent and quick in returning it.

Very Clean, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was very adequate with both scrambled eggs and hard boiled eggs, sausage and Greek yogurt for protein.

According to the hotel, breakfast goes from 6:30 am until 9:00 am. We showed up at 8:50 am to an empty scrambled eggs pan and were told that the kitchen was closed. So I guess breakfast really closes at 8:30 am.

Liked friendly staff; room was nice and clean; and breakfast was great. Didn’t like elevator access. Cleaning lady had terrible time getting cart off elevator due to the funky space.

The hotel was clean and the staff was accompanied. We originally booked a 2 night stay but could not sleep in the beds the second night and decided to leave. After speaking with the front desk about how uncomfortable the beds were (you could hear the springs while laying in the bed) and we couldn’t stay another night due to this. The only response I got was “well you can’t get a refund for the second night even if you don’t stay here”. Well good thing we weren’t planing on staying the second night and I never even mentioned the fact that I wanted a refund for the second night. Will not be staying here again solely due to that response from the staff member and also not even being offered another room to see if the bed was acceptable. At least the hotel was clean and very inviting for the night we did stay.
