Hampton Inn by Hilton Verona at Turning Stone

The hotel is great but Vicky is the nicest lady I’ve ever talked to at a hotel! She went above and beyond. We called for water bottles from the room and she had a bag waiting with our names and a heart on it. Thank you Hilton and Vicky☺️ give that lady a raise. She is the reason we will be returning!

I am writing to you today to share our recent experience during our stay at the Hampton Inn Verona at Turning Stone from November 8th – 10th, 2024. We traveled almost 400 miles and booked 2 nights at The Creekside Inn. What a horrendous experience we had there, where we needed to immediately pack up in the middle of the night, throwing our personal belongings into garbage bags so we could relocate to a safe place. As you can imagine, we were devastated and far from home. We are so grateful we found our way to your establishment where we were immediately greeted by Vicki's warm smile and open arms. We were disheveled and I was in tears. We cannot thank Vicki enough for her kind, sweet, gentle, genuine compassion and the above & beyond hospitality services that she provided for us at our check-in, through our stay and at check out. Vicki is a true asset to your business, and I wanted to be sure that this does not go unnoticed. Vicki helped my husband carry all our bags and items up to our room, she provided us with some snacks & drinks, and she even checked on us the next day to see how we were doing. Vicki is a true blessing, and we will never forget how safe and at home she made sure we felt. Thank you!!!

Fairly new. Very welcoming. Stayed overnight heading to Boston. Nice curb appeal. Clean on the outside and inside. Good customer service. Spacious room and bathroom. Average breakfast. The only thing is the bed was a bit too firm for me. Other than that a good stay.

The service we received alone is the #1 reason I will recommend this hotel over and over! Vicki went above and beyond to provide us the best service - despite our setbacks she made sure our stay was the least of our worries! Thank you Vicki for all your help!

Rooms were clean which was a big thing for me. Honestly, the best part was the service which I am huge on anywhere. Specifically the front desk agent Vicky was extremely helpful in every aspect of our stay including greeting us to start, surrounding recommendations to eat, have fun, etc. We would return just because of her assistance and her positive attitude.
