They let me check in 30 minutes early, I booked a mountain view room, but they upgraded me to a sea view, I was very satisfied with the cleanliness and breakfast. Only the spa pool left a little to be desired, as many of the devices were out of order, but we had the added value of enjoying it as long as we wanted and without an appointment. I really liked the hotel.

Hotel com uma excelente vista para o mar, vista oposta (montanha) é uma área industrial.
Hotel fica junto a uma estrada com muito movimento (mesmo nocturno), quarto com janelas pouco insonorizadas o que não permitiu o descanso
Pequeno almoço buffet satisfatório, mas nada de especial.
A piscina e o ginásio pertencem ao Grupo Solinca, com acesso interno do hotel e podendo ser usados várias vezes.
Para ajudar estava hospedada uma equipa de futebol que na última noite decidiram festejar no lobby e nos quartos, ao qual o pessoal do hotel, não soube dar a devida resposta ao problema tendo preferido a desconforto e as reclamações constantes dos hóspedes à resolução da situação.
Não voltarei a este hotel, existe outras opções mais tranquilas e mais direcionados aos hóspedes nesta cidade.

Surprisingly great experience. The reception staff was wonderful and went beyond the call to help us when my husband got sick. True, the hotel is not located in a beautiful area, and didn't look like much from the outside - but WOW when you entered the expansive lobby you have a beautiful view of the sea. We are seniors, driving on our own, so were looking for a hotel that didn't involve negotiating the city streets, served breakfast and had free parking on site. It was raining hard when we arrived, so were pleased to know there is a restaurant there as well. It was a 4e Uber ride into the charming town center. Viana do Castelo is lovely. The hotel specializes in large groups (there were several well behaved young futbol teams there during our stay). The breakfast buffet was plentiful and diverse. We had a sea view room, with a balcony and two lounge chairs....if only the weather had been better!

Hotel with excellent location with view to the ocean and offering service of very good quality. Recommend staying in rooms with sea view! Nice area around to take a walk. Many interesting places to visit in the are.

I booked 2 nights at this hotel which had swimming pools for my children to enjoy. Total surprise when I find out that the pools do not belong to the hotel but to a gym and only one can be used by children. When I went down to use the pool there was an aqua aerobics class going on and they wouldn't let me use the pool! Unbelievable! Facilities seem out of use and outdated, rooms basic and worn out of time. I just stayed 1 night. Not worth the money. Family rooms are all to the parking spot. Disclaimer: This hotel does not have a pool, the ones it has are a partnership with a gym!
