Accommodation was in a nice area. You can arrange shuttle bus for airport transfer with the hotel. Rooms were nice and spacious. The breakfast was also great, you can arrange a take away breakfast if your day starts early. Staff on site was also very polite and friendly.

This hotel completely exceeded my expectations. I would definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Waterfall City.

A very nice hotel with an outstanding view looking over a watering hole.  Rooms were fine. Pretty clean and a regular hotel room.  Bar and restaurant were great, especially the breakfast.  Only complaint is that for international visitors it was not great value as very expensive for what we got.  Try and find a deal as still worth staying here.

Despite the price was a tad steep, everything was excellent during our trip. The driver of free shuttle service was so attentive to introduce each stop snd reminded the pick up time on our way to Victoria Falls. Room itself was small yet clean with spectacular waterhole view. Shortfall was our room was too far from the waterhole itself. Nonetheless their service and breakfast were of top notch and view from the restaurant was unbeatable. What a mesmerizing stay!

The rooms are clean and the staff service is good. There's a limousine bus to town, which is convenient. Breakfast is a buffet style with four options to choose from. I was concerned about getting bitten by insects. I was thrilled to see elephants during my three-night stay!

Property is nice. Location is good. It's a solid 4 star but not a 5. We arrived after 5 pm and our room was not ready. Bathrobes were not in room. Housekeeping failed to empty trash can. Nightly turndown service was a plus. Breakfast was fine.
