I recently had the pleasure of staying at Best western plus Amedia Wien, and the experience surpassed my expectations in several aspects: 1. **Accurate Representation:** The room matched the images provided online, offering a comforting sense of reliability and meeting the expectations set by the visuals. 2. **Friendly and Accommodating Staff:** The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. We recently spent a night at ibis just outside of the Wien Hauptbahnhof (Hbf) and were happy with our stay. Luggage storage for those who arrive early or have late departures out of the city Rooms are decently sized for average-sized guests, with a strong hot shower and daily housekeeping. No complimentary water or other amenities, but that is the ibis way. You can walk down to Reception 24/7 to get a cup of hot water, or get a free coffee from the 1st floor restaurant (opens at 6.30 am) even if you're not having breakfast.

We stayed at Mooons for a short 4 day city break in Vienna. We chose a Quartier Belvedere room which was immaculate and beautifully decorated. It had loads of charging sockets and the we loved sitting in the window and watching the world go by. We timed our trip with the recent europe heatwave - but the air con was so good in the room that we did not suffer at all. We have to say that the highlight of the stay was the rooftop bar. There was a fantastic selection of cocktails and the view from the rooftop in the early evening was stunning. the staff at the rooftop bar were so welcoming and friendly - especially the two young czech waiters who we got to know quite well. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone in Vienna - without a doubt the rooftop bar was a huge addition to an already lovely hotel.

Very convenient and clean. Quite close to Wien Hauptbahnhof within 1min walk, which is very convenient and easy to access for train riding to neighboring city or town like Hallstatt or Salzburg back and forth.

Amazing and value-for-money! Will definitely recommend. Friendly staff, rooms is very clean and even had a nice view on 12th floor. They also helped to keep the luggage before check-in and after check-out. Breakfast also have good options, though sometimes might be a bit crowded. Location is just in front of 2 Trams, which one of them going to Train Central Station (Wien Hbf) directly. Also metro is within 5min walk. Besides that there are multiple Lidle or Billa supermarkets within 5min walk, and the Mariahilfer shopping street is just next to hotel. Would like to be back again!

Hotel is just super !!! I will definitely go back to it !!! I didn't expect even that it was so super !!! Every photo that on the site it corresponds ! from staff to everything at a very good level hotel ! I have seen a lot of hotels there are more to compare but this really was delighted ! There is a desire to go back to them and rest and so I will ! huge room light ! clean ! Convenient soft bed ! pools ! jacuzzi ! hall ! huge territories ! in general , there are only advantages !

Overall a great hotel and walking distance from the schonnburn Palace and zoo. The hotel has good service and well equip to rooms including and espresso machine for your daily coffee and tea in room. We food was also good as we only had breakfast. Overall size of the room was okay and it was quite comfortable. Lot of food options in supermarket in walking distance from the hotel. Tram and public transports are also available within walking distance from the hotel. I will definitely recommend this hotel for stay in Vienna. The price is quite value for money. We stayed for five nights in July 2022 and paid around 430 EUR excl Breakfast.

The room was very clean with comfortable beds, and I regretted not having a fridge and air conditioning, and we didn't know and was warm in the first night. Super welcome reception, explains how to locomote in the city, metro from the green and red line to 100m. Breakfast costs €8 per person and can be paid at the time, sensational check-out time, in the middle of the day, The hotel has the opportunity to rest a little more, without having to spend time in shopping to get the flight. I liked it very much. Internet works very well.

Mixed bag here. The hotel is walking distance to the Stadthalle, our main reason for booking. Lots of transport links around. Many Ubers and bolts, and about 30/40 minutes to the airport via taxi. Room size was adequate, with a mini fridge, which was unplugged with food and drink inside. It didn't really cool well, when we managed to plug it in. The beds were comfy. The room had tea and coffee making facilities, but no milk. Room had electric blinds which were cool, and room was good and dark when the curtains were closed. Breakfast was ok, pretty standard, nothing special. But still good to start the day with. Rooms on the street side are very very noisy. The hotel is near a shopping mall, so deliveries 5am-10am every morning. Vehicles lloading, banging, noise, men shouting, doors slamming etc. But not really the hotel's fault. At night people smoke outside. So you can't really open windows overnight if you want a decent night's sleep. The room got very stuffy and no real aircon. The cleaning staff start very early, around 9am, so again prospect of good sleep is hit and miss, but they are very friendly and polite. Room generally clean, but there were hairs in the sink and shower. Also hairs on the supposedly clean towels. Staff mostly friendly and accommodating. However, the price of drinks seemed to change every round, (normally increasing). There was one member of staff who had the most appalling attitude. On our last night the shower flooded badly, into the hallway of our room. We couldn't shower or use the toilet. We phoned reception. The staff member claimed he didnt understand what bathroom is flooded means. After 5 attempts at explaining. He said he would send a colleague up. Surprise! Surprise! No one came. We needed sleep due to early flight the next day. We went down to reception, we were ignored, treated with contempt, eye rolls, and he told us he couldn't help, he said he was on his own. So sending someone was a LIE!? He was at the bar pouring drinks slowly, while looking at us blankly and rolling his eyes. He demanded we take a seat, no apologies, no offer of a solution. Basically appalling customer service and no communication. He was quick to check in guests that came to reception, inbetween pouring drinks deliberately slowly to avoid us. The only thing he said was he was on his own and there were no spare rooms. Eventually, he came to our room and saw the problem. With a bad attitude he did try to unblock the drain to no avail. We were lucky enough to have him mop up the floor and give us more towels, upon us asking, no offer. The staff in the morning when we checked out were apologetic when we told them, which we appreciated, and did make us nice coffee's to go. Unfortunately it doesn't take the bad taste away, and we had a poor night's sleep as a result of the stress. No one deserves contempt, utter rudeness and unhelpfulness as a paying guest, especially when we should have been resting, ready for flying

We were familiar with the group of city centres in France and we were not disappointed with their service in Vienna. The apartments are spacious, decorated with taste and the bedroom is comfortable (even the sofa bed). Tramway 1 is 2 minutes walking distance and allows you to reach the centre in less than 15 minutes. There are several supermarkets with less than 500m. If you have a car, a few points to know: the city park is very small and very fast full so book early (the nearest parking is cheap 3.60€/h 36€/day). In the street, the parking is free weekend and night from 22h to 7h. If there was just one comment to do, the coffee machine is. This latter has special capsules (format professionnel nespresso) not found in the commerce (only online), so they must be purchased by lot from 4 to 3.70€ a l'accueil.
