Everything amazing! We had a magical weekend, the teacher who did activities with the children was brilliant!!! From the moment you enter the hotel and they greet you with a smile, to the breakfast, the girls at the spa... everything, but everything very cordial and pleasant!! We will return again!!!

Great quality in all services, rooms, common places and entertainment spaces. Very attentive staff. Very good animation. Everything excellent, attention, warmth, cleanliness. In the rest, the staff sometimes failed due to their lack of experience.

The hotel is a hotel from the 80s. It is deteriorated in all areas. The elevators are very old. Everything that has been broken was mended but not changed. For example: central heating no longer exists, it was canceled and they put in cold and hot air. The heated pool jacuzzi broke and was covered with wood, the carpets are destroyed and stained. The bathrooms are very old, burned out lights, broken things that have not been fixed. The hotel spent 5 hours without hot water due to the boiler breaking. The entertainment they offered on the long weekend was just one teacher (with a very good disposition and very friendly) but elements were missing for the rate they charge. The spa area, everything broken, old, deteriorated. It's a shame, but they have to live up to it to be able to charge the rate they set this long weekend. we would not return

The hotel is very well located and the property is very beautiful. The staff is friendly and helpful, especially Mari, one of the teachers in charge of entertainment. Every day they have different activity proposals for the family. The heated pool and "gym" are extremely small. However, in my opinion the hotel is poorly managed. They assigned us a room that was for two people, when there were four of us. During our stay, my children were not able to enjoy the playroom, since it was closed for a corporate event and the staying families were left with the games distributed throughout the lobby and the outdoor smoking area. On rainy days the children watched movies in a small room measuring 2m x 2m, when the playroon had a very comfortable space and was occupied by the event.
