El hotel está muy nuevo, las camas muy cómodas y la habitación amplia. Muy muy cerca del centro. El personal muy atento. Tienen una máquina de café gratis en la cafetería para que la utilicen los clientes cuando quieran, además de café, chocolate, infusión, etc. El parking es amplio pero se puede aparcar sin dificultad un par de manzanas más abajo y si no hay suerte en la calle Fernando el Católico mucho aparcamiento y está a cinco minutos andando.

We booked this hotel to just get to sleep and continue to travel in the morning and so did we. We arrived a little before 10 a.m. and while we checked, we asked for dinner there and told us we had a little bit before, because the kitchen was closed at 10 a.m. We were very happy to get a little bit of the room, but we were very happy to get a little bit of the room. Hôtel super sympa. La chambre et le petit déjeuner sont très bien. Par contre le menu proposé pour le dîner sous forme de buffet est vraiment très chiche et pas à la hauteur en comparaison de la qualité de l’hôtel. Le personnel de la réception est très aimable, parlant français de surcroît, et très disponible. Le personnel assurant le service du petit déjeuner semble plus attentif a leur smartphone.

I'm used to stopping in Benicassim as a stop on my trips to Andalusia. I travel with a dog and, having not found a place in the usual hotel where I stay, I chose this one because it accepts dogs. The staff is very kind and helpful, but the hotel is decidedly old with dated furniture and the bathroom is certainly not the best. Nothing to say about cleaning. There was a problem that bothered me a bit: we had booked a room with breakfast, but upon arrival we discovered that it was served from 8.15 onwards, too late for us who had to continue our journey ; at this point we immediately gave up on the service, I mean upon arrival!, but we had to pay it anyway and they didn't give us any explanation. They told us that if we wanted there is a coffee machine in the hotel! We won't be back

A superbly comfortable room in a large modern hotel in a central location. The room and bathroom were very spacious and well lit with a comfortable bed and 2 comfortable armchairs. Tea/coffee making facilities are provided along with everything you might need for a comfortable stay in Castellon. An added bonus was the large balcony with views over the city. The hotel is centrally located on a quite street five minutes walk from the plaza mayor with an onsite restaurant/bar and close to a choice of other places to eat.
