Wyndham Garden Galena Hotel & Day Spa

WYNDHAM suites and spa is an upscale place to stay in galena Illinois. Our suite was very large with nice furniture, a king bed and fireplace. Great lobby, excellent breakfast area.,full bar and well stocked spa. Enjoyed our two days stay.

We had a great stay at the Wyndham hotel. The service was great, the rooms were very clean and the breakfast was excellent.

Really a cut above the normal mid-range options. Good breakfast, real dishes and silverware, a bar with light food options. A four because it's at that level, but compared to others it should be a four plus plus. it's a drive into town, not walkable but a substantial price difference.

Short weekend stay, found hotel much improved after 2023 renovations. Glad to see that, we will definitely book here again. Highly recommend it.

Room was specious and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. It was clean and bathroom was good size. Breakfast was exellent - a lot of good choices. It was noisy since it's close to the road. Grat overall experience.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Wyndham. The room was spacious, the staff was friendly and the bed was quite comfortable!

I will definitely be booking here again when I make another trip to Galena. Nice hotel. Friendly staff and a great breakfast!

Went to Galena with 3 friends. What a great hotel, with the biggest pool I’ve ever seen in a hotel, wonderful hot tub, great breakfast, and very very clean Big deck around one side and the back with a beautiful, quiet large lot including a pond. I cannot say enough about this place. Kudos to the young man who checked us in. He was so welcoming and friendly. Unfortunately the bar wasn’t open on our 3 night stay, but he went in and got us whatever we needed. We ran out of beer he went in and we purchased 2 bottles from him.

Galena is a beautiful little town with lots of character. room had a hot tub and a fireplace
