Stayed at hung cuong hotel for 8 nights. My feedback during the stay as below.
Positive feeedback:
1. Clean Room
2. All the facilities in the room well maintained
3. Beautiful Bathroom
4. Comfortable bed and pillow.
5. Bottle water provided daily
Negative feedback:
1. Lots of Lizard's (inside and outside the room)
2. Bed comforters are too small for 2 person
3. Television channels are not clear. Bad pictures.
4. Staff at hotel doesn't speak english. Very hard to communicate.
5. Security and CCTV are not well observed. Had difficulty to sleep at night due to a stranger knocked the door 2AM at night two days in the row. Called reception and was told no one outside the door and no action was taken. Checked CCTV the day after and realize there was a drunk guy with bare foot standing outside the room knocking the door.

We hired 3 x room, 2 of the front rooms was quite noise and smell of food from street vendors from 5am. However, the hotel deserves a good pass mark for the effort it put on, in overall.

Good location, convenient walking distance for food. Room is big and clean but super noisy traffic all day and night. You can also hear your neighbors when they closed door and talking outside. Cannot sleep.
Improvement for property: Install double pane doors and windows to prevent traffic noise and people talking, then this hotel would be a great place to stay.

First, the customer service is terrible (there is no welcome smile since check in till check out). Hotel is sharing with a shipping and transportation company hence it's very noisy and messy. There are lots of street beggars around the hotel causing a very unsafe feelings every time I go out. Elevator is not working hence I have to using the stairs from 5th floor. In general, it's terrible mistake to stay at this hotel. Luckily, I only stay one night and it's already a nigh**are.

I have been traveling to Asia regularly for 12 years, this is my second stay in Vietnam and I must say that this is the worst service I have experienced in a hotel! Of the two people at reception, neither speaks English! The bed mattress is as hard as a board! The breakfast is tasteless and more than basic! And to make matters worse, this is the first time that I have experienced that my room is not cleaned or tidied after one night! In summary, despite the price which may seem attractive, as well as the promising photos, absolutely AVOID this hotel during your stay in Chau Doc.
