Hilton Garden Inn Virginia Beach Town Center Reviews

My room was filthy, and dusty. We told front desk who advised they would send cleaning crew but they did not come or it was not noticeable that they came. We were there 5 days. Cleaning came in one day. We had to call down for towels, toilet paper and extra blankets. They did promptly bring us whay we asked for. On our last day they finally switched us to a much cleaner room but it was a total inconvenience. The front desk staff was friendly. It seems crazy to me to have such a disconnect with service/cleanliness. The reason folks stay in hotels is precisely for that service. Otherwise pay less for air b &b with a whole lot more space. The restaurant staff was not friendly and seemed bothered by our wanting to purchase breakfast. It was not busy. I have stayed here before and was satisfied but this time it left alot to be desired. It did not live up to the Hilton name.

The property was great but ******* did not notify me that the room was not available, so upon arrival I was told I had to change rooms and my suite was not available

They were very accommodating. nice room. amazing staff. love the parking option. didn't realize how close I was to the funny bone.

The building and rooms were dated. Needs new carpet and furniture. Needs different included breakfast options. Parking was horrible if you could get it besides being in the parking garage. Not worth it for the money.

The service was very good, and the hotel was very clean, the only thing was the bed was a little to firm.

Everything was great, however the hot water was lukewarm. Otherwise was good.

My son recommended this hotel since it is close to the Naval base. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, bed comfortable. The hotel parking was easier in the parking garage across the street. There are a lot of restaurants within walking distance.

This was very disappointing for a Hilton property. Service was okay, but the accommodations were sub par. Blood on the iron, dresser drawers that didn’t close, all furniture has stains… etc etc. The iron had blood on it. I won’t be staying again.

It was a very comfortable and quiet stay. I received everything that was promised. The check in and check out went smoothly and without any problems. The food was hot, fresh, and tasty. This will be my home away from home.

Duvet was old and worn , same with the arm chair - while clean didn’t seem up to date . Was expecting a higher level experience

Parking was not convenient at all. It was across a busy street in a parking garage.

The location, room and staffbwere great. The hotel physically is business nice. The breakfast was poor and expensive. I chose the hotel partially because I thought the breakst was included.

The hotel was really nice, staff very friendly, but the parking was a nightmare. Large parking lot next to the Hotel but all reserved for Town Bank customers. There was a large parking garage across the street. Not very convenient.

Property has signs of of being dated. Bathrooms are starting to show signs of wear and tear. Air conditioning units are very loud. I wish breakfast was included. Glad parking was free. Sorry it was in a building across the street.
