Great Place to Vacation. This is my second year vacationing with my family here. Our unit was great, plus we loved the view. We've decided as a family to continue coming here. The staff was courteous and helpful.

Stayed in Unit 802 enjoyed the views, the broad walk and the place was beautiful. In door swimming poor and laundry facility on the same floor. Local restaurants in walking distance that were great didn't need the car at all.

The management of this condo has changed several time in the past few years. Each month be worse than the other. I hey lost my family business after visiting their place for over 30 years Place was going under some remedial renovations and repairs

The early part of 2023 we had planned a vacation together with 2 other family members for the week of 22/Jul/23 to 29/Jul/23 ,2 months before our arrival date we were notified that our trip had to be paid in Full by a curtain date, and our response was that our trip was paid for and that we had all of our documentation to show everything, and once we got an attorney involved, then everything was in good standing order. The next thing was since there would be 2 cars, we were told that one parking pass would be issued and that upon arrival we could possibly have a chance for another parking pass to be issued for the second car, which that Never happened. After we checked in on 22/Jul/23 and after one parking pass had already been issued, we were told that we could park out front, first come, first served, but of course we verified that twice just to make sure that everything would be ok with us parking in that area since we did not have a parking pass, and once again we were told that we could. The next morning when went out to the car to get our stuff for the beach and were told that our car had been towed and when we had confronted the young lady that told us that we could park out front that statement never happened. At one point in time, maintenance was notified due to an air conditioning unit and fan was not working, but nothing ever happened with that issue. The Condo that we stayed in, (1401) was very beautiful, but the people that run that place have a lot to be desired it was one lye after another. A couple days into our stay I had asked if there would be any chance of getting a parking pass and was told that all of those parking spaces were for the owners when needed, but we were informed by an owner that lives there that there are only 25 people that lives there all year round, with a lot of parking spots available. The Condo was very beautiful, but everything that we went through it was not worth the hassle. With one last issue, maintenance was notified about an Air conditioning unit and Fan not working, but nothing ever happened with that to say the least. There is not much more to say when dealing with Very,Very Poor Management.

We were right on the beach! Our view from 1206 was amazing. We could see the boats from so far out and the dolphins that came up close to visit. We walked from the condo across the boardwalk to the beach everyday. But… the master bathroom had black mold in the shower, it hadn’t been cleaned. The air conditioner unit and the kitchen had ants. There were no extra trash bags, glad we brought our own! And it was an extra $100 a week for towels, kitchen and bath, lol Called the management twice about cleaning or getting us a cleaning product for the bath and the ants. They didn’t care at all. They sent no one up and told us to buy our own cleaning product, which we did, because the shower was disgusting.

Don’t let the building fool you… the management staff is horrible. They never respond to any issues that they are suppose to take care. Also, prepaying in full 30 days before pretty much secures them that you can get a refund of any kind. They don’t accept credit cards for this reason, they use a third party vendor who keeps them out of the picture . During our stay, they were drilling into the units from the outside fromscaffolding. The noise was crazy

I went there to complete the writing of my new book. This used to be the quiet end of the beach, and I would open the sliding door and sit and look at the sea for inspiration...... well that was a pipe dream! Construction going on on the exterior of the building created all sorts of unbearable noise. Construction on the beach removing the remnants from the previous weeks activities made it a somewhat unfriendly beach. I attempted to speak to the management staff in the lobby, and they were of no help. I asked to discuss with a manager and I mas told my concern was escalated to a manager who would get in touch with me. It's been over a week and never heard from him/her. I have sent emails as a follow up and still nothing. It seems, once they collect your money, if there are any issues, too bad. My unit had several missing panels in the verticle blinds, screens that were ripped and barely hanging on in the windows and the windows themselves showed signs of compromise as they were all frosted up between the panels. Not what I would expect from a place that sets their pricing comparable to a higher caliber of luxury..... I love Va Beach, but this place is on my" never go back list!

I was so embarrassed to bring my friends here! I had been telling how we came here for years and they asked if they could join us. Well , we were never informed that in the height of Beach season, the beach , boardwalk and bike trails would be closed from 2 nd - 9 th street. Dolphin is on 3 rd. We were charged for hi season prices yet none of the amenities were not available. I had spoke to the rental manager on several occasions prior to our arrival and never was there any mention of this. And if that wasn’t bad enough, during the day, they were doing Jack hammering on the patio above us making noise levels not safe for humans in our unit. When I confronted the owners of the unit as well as the rental manager, they all said these issues were out of their control, yet, I paid in full based on a peaceful stay at the beach. They got our funds and stand behind their no refund policy. They don’t accept credit cards directly but through a third party vendor whic would make it difficult to dispute the charge. It was obvious, that they didn’t care about our stay but rather keeping the money. They should have alerted us that the beaches were to be closed as well as the fact we wouldn’t be able to stay in the unit during the day because of the restoration work going on with the Masonary. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this place to not be fooled by what is disguised!

We had a very nice stay. The bed was a little on the firm side, but not terribly bad. The beach access was closed directly behind the hotel, as there was a concert setting up a huge stage. I did not mind as i enjoyed watching them setup the stage. I would recommend, and would stay again. I would advise to check for any concerts/events in the area before booking. Also the south end of the beach was less crowded than the other parts.
