Aparthotel Líbere Vitoria

It is an apartment, there is no food or cafeteria in the building, there was no service, the facilities were very good, it is a hassle to do the check online, yours is fatal, (example: to enter my age I had to make about 900 clicks The same as for my wife, our age is over 70 years old and to enter the expiration date of our ID, about 50 clicks for each one,) then they stuff you with emails and entering the building is quite painful, the code works if you want. I have verified that there are people waiting for someone to leave the building so they can enter.

Very well equipped very well located but the mattress bedding and mattress protector stain a shame

Está muy limpio y nuevo. A 13 min del centro.  Como negativo diría que el apartamento de dos habitaciones tiene en una de ellas una cama pequeña y un sofá cama incomodisimo, sería más conveniente tener dos camas en esa habitación. Me parece un gran fallo. El checkin es automático pero es sencillo

如果你們的英文和西語不是流利且自如的，請謹慎預訂。酒店根本沒有24小時前台服務。你需要站在玻璃大門外按對講門鈴，裡邊的人驗證一堆話，跟八路軍對暗號一樣，我在寒風裡對話了20分鐘，他們才勉強打開玻璃門。然後就是發送郵件，讓你自助登記，需要上傳護照，電話，郵編，住址，自拍照等等。。。一大堆的問卷，稍有填錯，就得重寫一遍。因為你不填寫正確，根本不給你發送房間號碼和進門密碼鎖的密碼。我寫了大約5～6遍，已經快惱羞成怒啦，致電攜程。酒店門口衹有一個監控室的姑娘出來幫忙。。。。總之，24小時前台💁♀️應該是有大活人才對，而不是讓旅行者像費盡周折。。。之間酒店除了打掃衞生的阿姨，你根本找不到任何一個服務員。全互聯網自助，看看圖片你們就明白了，很崩潰的入住經歷，足足一小時你都在跟酒店的網絡自助登記入住系統較勁，這酒店設施確實不錯，但是服務可以是0分，毫無服務，這簡直是站在玻璃門外進行高考測試呢，讓人發飆的入住體驗。
