Abba Jazz Hotel Vitoria

I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. I stayed here for just one night on a business trip. It was a last-minute decision, and I chose it because it was advertised as a 3-star hotel. To my surprise, this hotel is completely out of line with its rating. Even after passing reception and taking the elevator up, you can see that the building's maintenance is quite poor: all the walls are dirty, everything is dented, etc. But the real shock came when I entered the room. They are tiny, at least the one I was assigned, even though the receptionist told me it was one of the larger ones because there weren't any smaller ones. The access to the balcony window was minuscule. But the worst part was the condition of the room itself; it was quite run down: the wooden floorboards were all separated, the baseboards were poorly installed, the bedside table was broken, the toilet cistern was also broken... Frankly, considering the price of the rooms, I find it quite shameful that the hotel is in such a state. On the plus side, the staff who attended to me were lovely, very friendly and helpful. I certainly won't be staying there again and I don't recommend it; there are much better guesthouses in the city.

La ubicación es lo único bueno que tiene. Nos dieron habitación exterior y ruidosisisma, se oyen los coches muchísimo y parece que te pasan por encima. La sinstalaciones muy viejas. La tele pequeña y conbTDT en este siglo!!!! El aire lo tienen en modo verano y sale frío con la habitación a 10 grados... un desastre!!! Hay pensiones con más comodidades
