At the time of Checkin, they did not find my reservation, even though I insisted on passing the reservation code that I had received, I explained that I had called the hotel days before to confirm my reservation and the person confirmed it.
After about 10 minutes of waiting, the person in charge found the reservation.
She was a little rude when she said that the hotel does not confirm reservations over the phone... Anyway, as I had gone on this trip to participate in a competition, I didn't want to bother with that. I just wanted to arrive and settle down.

Chegamos ao Hotel só para passar uma noite e seguir viagem. O recepcionista (Alif se não me engano) mostrou-se extremamente gentil e simpático. O quarto de bom tamanho, com duas camas de solteiro, atendeu bem às expectativas. A água do chuveiro, de tão forte, parecia uma hidromassagem. Café da manhã muito bom, com variedade e fartura. Bom sinal de wifi. O estacionamento é bem pequeno, mas demos sorte e conseguimos uma vaga. Algo que merece nota foi o fato de eu ter esquecido minha mochila com uma série de itens dentro, incluindo uma câmera fotográfica profissional. Quando chegamos em casa e demos pela falta ligamos e, de pronto, nos informaram que a tinham encontrado. Estamos agora tratando de como reavê-la.

Hotel é bom, tem boa Localização, ao lado tem supermercado, farmácia, bancos, restaurante, praça de táxi. Fica bem ao lado do porto de vitória, assim, tendo uma bela vista. A praia fica bem próximo ( curva Jurema/camburi...10 / 15min de carro). Café da manhã é bom e bem variado. Quartos são grande, cama confortável, banheiro com água bem forte, grande e limpinho. Quartos com frigobar e ar condicionado muito bom. Tem piscina na cobertura e com uma excelente vista de parte da cidade, das montanhas e do porto. Excelente custo benefício a estadia nesse hotel. Tem restaurante para almoço também no hotel com excelente comida e cardápio bem variado diariamente ( buffet kg $84,90). Só os 3 elevadores que são bem antigo, mas, vale muito a experiência. A rodoviária da cidade fica a 2 km desse hotel , e pra quem gosta de casarões antigos ele fica bem próximo da parte histórica da Cidade com museu e igrejas para visitar.

Bom, café da manhã com poucas opções....quarto com boa vista e bem amplo, porém sem secador de cabelo,Sinal do wi-fi fraco, sem opções de compra de bebidas e etc no hotel. Localização razoável e bem tranquila pra passeios .
