All employees were very friendly and helpful. Nice place to relay at the sky bar. Problem is only some days to much children running around and make a lot of noice. The new rooms are very pretty and modern. The food is very good and so many things are included. If you stay longer then it help to buy the Salzburg land card. You can do a lot with this card.

Loved the hotel (quality of furnishings), the facilities (pool, wellness, ski storage and kids areas), location, the food and especially the attention, service and banter with our waiter Tommy (all done in an appropriate, personal and fun manner). We hope that others get to experience the location, service and Tommy.

Just had a great week here. Lovely room, fantastic food and Tommy our waiter could not have done more for us. The wellness area was key in our choice of hotel. It was disappointing to find it over run by badly behaved children. All rules being ignored by parents. Complained to management but nothing changed. Realy missed the chill out after a hard day on the planks.

Lovely stay. Lovely facilities. Lovely food. Everything is just perfect here. I would especially like to thank Tommy, a brillant servant, for his good service and for making our stay and experience at Wagrainerhof hotel fun and pleasant. We will definitely come back here, and recomment the hotel for friends and family.

Wir waren im Juli im Hotel Wagrainerhof, die Lage ist wirklich top und die Atmosphäre sehr familiär. Das Kulinarische Angebot war ausgezeichnet und man hatte immer die Wahl aus drei Hauptspeisen. Würde man mit Kinder reisen gäbe es auch extra ein Buffet für Kinder. Auch das Buffet gibt alles her was das Schlemmerherz begehrt. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich und geht auf jegliche Wünsche ein. Unser persönliches Highlight war aber aufjedenfall die Rooftop bar im 7 Stock. Ein wunderschöner Ausblick und einfach nur perfekt zum entspannen nach einer Wanderung oder um einem Wellnesstag im Hotel ausklingen zu lassen. Eine klare Empfehlung von uns, wir kommen sicher wieder!

"Ich hatte eine wundervolle Zeit im Hotel Wagrainerhof in Wagrain! Das Hotel überzeugt nicht nur mit seiner gemütlichen Atmosphäre und erstklassigen Ausstattung, sondern auch mit dem freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Personal. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel eingerichtet und bieten einen atemberaubenden Blick auf die umliegende Berglandschaft. Das kulinarische Angebot im Hotelrestaurant ist hervorragend – frische Zutaten und kreative Gerichte haben meine Geschmacksknospen begeistert. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich zudem der Wellnessbereich, der zur Entspannung einlädt. Die zentrale Lage des Hotels ermöglicht es, die Umgebung leicht zu erkunden. Insgesamt kann ich den Wagrainerhof wärmstens empfehlen und freue mich bereits auf meinen nächsten Aufenthalt dort!"

Mycket trevligt hotell med hjälpsam personal, mycket bra frukostbuffé - en av de bästa som erbjudits under våra många resor. Fint rum, välstädat och snabbt utfört.
Vi nyttjade "all inclusive", vilket vi tyckte var prisvärt. Trerätters middag varje kväll med goda valmöjligheter bland olika rätter.

Das Hotel steht auf einer Gut Befahrbare Straße haben für 7 Tage gebucht und ein Zimmer bekommen wo zu Straße geht man konnte Morgens früh kein Fenster öffnen oder später auf dem Balkon sitzen. Haben uns an der Rezeption gemeldet es hieß kein Zimmer frei obwohl das Hotel zu diesem Zeitpunkt nicht ausgebucht war Wir haben schon im Januar gebucht und noch für ganze 7 Tage sind zu Erhöfnung am 24.04.2022 angereist man konnte Voraus für solche Gäste im Neubau ein Zimmer reservieren. Ansonsten hat uns sehr gefallen ein großer Vorteil Wellnessbereich die Aussicht von der Bar oben der netter Kellner ein großes Lob. Personal im Restaurant haben sich eine große Mühe für guten Service gegeben. Dem Chef Koch ein großes Lob für soo ein leckeres Essen. Möchten uns Herlich bei allen bedanken.
