The hotel is in one of the most convenient places in downtown Warsaw. At the center but at a very quiet place. It is based on communist architecture but though it keeps this character in the lobby, as it has to do, for keeping the historical memory alive it is modern and with all comforts. The room was very clean and with excellent wi-fi. There is always a bottle of water, coffee, and tea. And warm water all day. I would like to mention in particular the kindness of the personnel, especially at the reception. They were great. Though all of them were very helpful I would like to mention in particular Mrs. Antonina. She makes the guests feel comfortable and solves any problem without making it seem serious. I would like also to congratulate the gentleman who was responsible to care for the suitcases. He does his work perfectly. Great price for value. Fully recommended!

Our standard room was small but for short stay is quite sufficient. The view from the window to the city yard so much, but the silence allowed to sleep with open window and the conduits were not turned on. Breakfast is very good including hot and cold dishes, coffee from the car is also decent!!! Staff on the reseption is very welcoming, without knowledge of Polish easy to talk. When next visit to Warsaw, I will not even look for anything. Thank you very much to the staff (Polski and Ukrainian). The hosts are perfect. All tourists and travelers of luck.

At beginning I’d like to say that it’s in the quite good location. Easy to walk to the center or catch some bus. Biedronka on the ground floor also useful. I chose the room ”Superior”, at first glance it looked great, however, after a closer look you can notice some tiny cracks in the wall and tiny scuffs on the wall. Kitchen basic equipped, countertop in one place cracked (MDF laminate), you can already see the tooth of time in this room. Cabinets don’t close properly (hinge torn out), on the plus side, washing machine (but no powder/capsules) and dishwasher (one capsule for a stay of 3d day), which was held on one screw in the cabinet, sometimes there was an unpleasant smell from under the sink. Living room nice, TV a little old, but has many channels even foreign, sofa comfortable. As for the bathroom, there is nothing to complain about, nice, there was gel and hot water, only the white towels had small red spots(maybe some lipstick?). The bedroom is also in good condition, fresh bedding, TV, the only problem was the hard touching door and the non-functioning led behind the bed. In summary, certainly on the plus side air conditioning in the living room and bedroom, cleanliness of the bathroom, friendly staff, free wifi. On the other hand, the downsides that I remember the most are the problem with the bedroom door(probably fell on the hinges) and problems with the cabinets in the kitchen - torn out hinge and (ATTENTION!) failure to meet the deadline for returning the deposit, I had to wait a whole month (only after not accepting the transaction, the bank reversed the payment)! I also wrote an e-mail about this, but did not receive a reply.

The crazy thanks to the hotel and all the staff!!! So the circumstances have come that the hotel has become our home for 3 months and we family are crazy thanks to all the staff of the hotel for calm, humanity, reception and joyful! We brought you a lot of trouble and chaos with our visit from Ukraine (February and March were special for us months), we know and realize it. The management of the hotel and all staff became close to us people 🙏🙏🙏. Thank you for your care and attention, for clean rooms and clean beds, for delicious and diverse food, we know that you have tried very hard for us, what only costs Easter and Ukrainian dishes on Christmas 💙💛, we will never forget it! Thank you for our children, for patience and care, for the children's room with toys and attention to our children! Recommend the hotel, now I know where to stay in Warsaw with my family, during my tourist visit 🙌

This is a great base to explore Warsaw with tram/bus stop that can lead you anywhere. They let us check in before time. The staff speaks perfect English and are very helpful. The room is new and nicely decorated with strong shower. Bed and pillow is comfortable. I requested more blankets and pillows and they delivered right away. Breatfast is plentiful and delicious. It's quite loud in the room at night due to its location but more on weekends with I guess many people going out, on weekdays it's more quiet. I'm a light sleeper but I had a good sleep nevertheless maybe because I'm tired. Overall we had a great stay and I'd recommend this hotel to anyone.
