Zimmer und Personal (sofern ich es angetroffen habe) waren in Ordnung. Vom Hotel habe ich mir auch wegen der guten Bewertung eine andere Vorstellung gemacht.
Der "Kaiserhof" ist ein gesichtsloses Gewerbeobjekt neben dem Güterbahnhof. In diesem Objekt belegt das Hotel zwei (oder drei ?) seelenlose, grell neonbeleuchtete Flure. Bei meiner Ankunft 17:45 Uhr war keine Menschenseele da und nach telefonischer Anweisung musste ich den Schlüssel aus einer Box angeln.
Kann man alles machen, aber dafür war der Preis zu hoch.

Ordentliches Hotel, minimalistisch und funktional. Alles war in Ordnung, wenn man keine Romantik erwartet. 10 min zu Fuss zum Zentrum/Theater. Ich kann es empfehlen. Personal sehr freundlich

L aspect extérieur de l hôtel n est pas très engageant mais une fois à l intérieur c est très bien. La chambre est grande, le lit aussi très confortable, belle salle de bain . Propreté impeccable. Pas d accueil le dimanche soir , petit déjeuner très complet et personnel très agréable que ce soit à la salle du déjeuner ou à l accueil ou la dame a eu la gentillesse de nous appeler un taxi.

Reservation acceptée par le site mais réception de l’hôtel fermée. Responsable jointe par téléphone et communication directe d’un code pour récupérer une clé ( parle seulement allemand!) heureusement restaurateur en bas de l’hôtel a accepté de servir d’interprète.
