The staff is great, the hotel was very clean. The pool and hot tub are open ( of course with limited people allowed at one time). The bar and restaurant were closed but the do have a mini bar at the front desk and great eateries you can walk to right out front. The fitness room was clean. Also would like to say Andre ( I think was his name) is a great employee and has a great sense of humor 😊. Glad to hear your training taller staff 😂

The air conditioner is relatively quiet, the furniture and decoration are very new, but the swimming pool is too small, but it is very convenient to go to Nasa, there are things you need downstairs, the place is also convenient for eating at night. Recommended

We stayed here for one night before a cruise, and I was surprised at how much I liked this hotel. The toiletries provided in the bathroom smelled great (lemon) and I loved the fact they they have gotten rid of the one use tiny toiletry bottles. Plenty of towels were provided, no nasty shower curtain trying to attack me, nightlight already plugged in in the bathroom, plenty of hooks and hangers for storage, and the best thing of all NO CARPET. I didn't give them five stars because their pillows are terrible and the breakfast isn't as good as the one at Hampton Inn (which is where we usually stay before we cruise.) I know the breakfast is free and not everyone eats breakfast, but it's just a thing with me. If you have little kids and need to give them a bath in a bathtub you might be out of luck here. Our room just had a stand up shower, which I loved, but parents with little kids might not like that . Maybe call first to ask if they have rooms with a tub as well. Another bonus is that there is a Costco right next door. Plus it's easy on/easy off getting on 45 to Galveston.

There is a parking lot, very close to NASA, and the surrounding supermarkets and shopping centers are 5-10 minutes. The room is spacious and the breakfast is average, and the breakfast is very convenient.

Being close to Nasa was a plus. Space Center Houston is a must. The fact no one answered the phone when I called to tell them we were running late was disturbing. It didn't help when I called Hilton Honors and they could not get anyone to answer either. We arrived and were greeted by a friendly front desk associate and from there everything was fine. The room was lovely. It was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful with many different choices, both hot and cold. The staff was constantly cleaning and that made my wife and I feel safe. Overall a wonderful stay.

Hotel facilities are very good, location is relatively quiet, there are many choices to eat outside, close to BUS STATION, not far from the Shopping Mall. Breakfast is average.
