訂的中午12點入住，下午2點過去房子還沒收拾好，等了好一會，進了房子取電卡有問題，一直取不了電，然後用燒水壺的時候也是壞的，放包包的時候桌子上還有黃色的一灘水，最近熱的很，開空調，沒遙控器，問了之後説遙控器送去檢查了，真的很可笑，這麼蹩腳的理由也能説得出來，第二天我下去退房12.25説超時了要收費，住了這麼多房，從來沒聽過超過25分鐘都要收錢，我下午兩點過去房子沒收好，那我是不是也要補償費用呢。

環境衞生。極差，床單被罩上面全是血印 都不知到，浴巾都爛了，這是我住的最差的酒店，衞生極差，電視是個擺設不通電，衞生間連個燈都沒有，房間就一個燈亮，

剛進去感覺還行，設施是陳舊了點.但價位便宜也無所謂.但令我吃驚的是早上起來沒有毛巾，衹有浴巾.到處翻了翻櫃子，居然噁心到我了！往商家能夠改善下環境吧！
