攜程訊息不準確訂的2樓有窗商務標間實際是餐廳，換到了8樓房間設施差衞生條件堪憂，根本不像 19年裝修，酒店樓下是ktv，凌晨三點都能聽到聲音瞌睡淺的根本睡不着。前台專業素質差，服務能力低，提前打電話問能否停車，前台説停車場已滿，需要自己去找停車的地方，問她能停哪兒確説不知道，辦理入住時前台一直喪起個臉，還以個人標準難為客人，比公安局盤查還嚴苛，客人情緒受影響後還多次火上焦油，多次對客人説不願住可以退房。

前台服務太逗了…開發票不核對全部日程總金額開錯發票就算了，當我自己查出自己實付金額提出實付實開時，説不能開小數位後面的數字？？？我要求總金額必須開全時，兩個前台一個抬頭一個低頭相視一笑的還挺默契的…我並沒有要求多開一分錢！你們嘲笑個什麼勁。大早上的，晦氣。

到威遠出差，之前住的另外一家酒店附近有工地，大清早就開工，很吵。
於是換到這家酒店，這個酒店房間不錯，服務人員態度也很好，也很安靜，適合休息，出差住宿很不錯

首先服務差，到前台辦理入住的時候，服務員很不耐煩的説：早點嘛！我想説要不是出門在外趕路，誰願意來住酒店？
其次是環境不好，住的7樓，房間裏整個晚上都聽到轟隆隆的聲音！
最後管理也不是善，我清楚的記得掉了一瓶護膚品在酒店房間，打電話聯繫，非得説沒有！其實直接告訴我可能是服務員打掃房間，以為是客人不要了的，就扔掉了，我都完全可以理解，非得説沒看見就覺得太沒誠信了！
