We are a family of 4 adults and 1 baby, staying in 2 rooms for 2 nights. The 2 days of our stay happened to be my and my baby's birthdays in turn, and the hotel upgraded the room type for free, which was also a birthday benefit~ 🏕️Surrounding environment: Backed by San'an Wetland, facing Vientiane City. The location can be said to be very comfortable and convenient. 🏨Hotel facilities: Newly opened in November last year, both the public area and the room facilities are very new, and there are no major problems in the details. The new Chinese style decoration is low-key and elegant. The water in the middle will spray once an hour, and the atmosphere is very strong, and the photos are very good! The brands used in the room bathroom decoration are all good, but I really don't like the handheld stick shower... The bedding is okay, but it's a pity that it doesn't come with latex pillow service as a big five-star hotel. The soft pillow is really not sleep-friendly. 🛏️Room hygiene: Cleaning meets five-star standards, no problem. 🤵🏻Overall service: The front desk service is fine, from check-in to check-out, everything is meticulous and thoughtful, it can be said to be very considerate, which is rare in Wenzhou. Restaurant service needs to be improved. My partner and I ate in the room for 2 days, except that the tableware was always not complete, we did not encounter any discomfort. My parents and baby got up early and went to the restaurant for dinner. They told us one thing: on the first day of dining, they asked the restaurant service staff for baby tableware. At first, they reported that there was no baby tableware, and then suddenly a set of baby tableware was delivered. On the second day of dining, they asked for baby tableware, but they reported that there was no baby tableware at the first time. After correction, they brought a set of baby tableware different from the previous day (it can be seen that the restaurant does not have more than one set of baby tableware), and the response time was long, and the experience was not very good. The restaurant and breakfast were also the most reported problems of this hotel based on the comments before we came. I hope the hotel can pay attention to it. In addition to all other aspects, whether it is the environment or the atmosphere of facilities, it can be regarded as the top hotel in Wenzhou at present, and I hope to maintain it. As a frequent visitor to Sanyang Wetland, we will stay here again next time we have a chance~

I was very satisfied with my 3-day stay. Thanks to the housekeeper for communicating in advance and checking in early. The location is excellent and the hotel environment is beautiful. It is a favorite Chinese style and the hotel breakfast is also very rich. I look forward to staying next time.

As soon as you enter the door, you will see the square courtyard, which is quaint and elegant, like walking into the world of ancient poetry and prose, peaceful and comfortable. Opposite is the restaurant, which is said to be named Shanjufu after the poem of Xie Lingyun, a poet from Yongjia. The receptionist Xiaoyi was very attentive, and I felt at home for the first time. I would like to thank him here.

Environment: This hotel stands out among many hotels in Wenzhou. I fell in love with it at first sight. The new Chinese decoration style makes people feel very comfortable. The room is filled with fragrance, and the overall look is amazing.
