It has been a few years, but yet again I loved my stay at The Surrey Hotel. The room was excellent and the staff were great. I really enjoyed my two evening meals in the restaurant. I highly recommend this property and will definitely stay there again.

Our room wasn’t cleaned properly, we found a pair of socks beside one of the beds. The dishes in the cupboard had food on them. There was a child's toy on the floor.
The area around the hotel looks like it was beautiful ten years ago but the grounds had trash lying about. The lobby was pleasant and the staff were nice.

We are family of 3 stayed in a room with a queen bed and a single. Single bed was extremely soft. Pillows ****** all very thin. Kitchenette was awesome. Receptionist and housekeeper were very friendly. Full tiled shower looked good however it wasn’t cleaned properly. Appreciate the shower head was movable and was quite powerful. Also liked the provided set of body and hair cleaning products.

Love the style of the hotel. Would have been nice to have been told if there was an elevaor at all or offered some help with items as there was a lot of stairs for what we needed to carry. Clean spaces. Definitely not sound proof! Staff wete pretty friendly. Good parking
