Experience is really great, and the stuff is very friendly.

Clean and comfortable a few problems with access as office closed 10 mins before stated time. Could not find tv remote. But fine for my needs

I decided not to stop at a hotel for my latest 2 trips to Trent Bridge to watch cricket and instead, following research, I chose to stay with West One Studios. The accommodation is ideally placed just 2 minutes from the ground and no more than 5 minutes from the West Bridgford Town centre. The booking process was very slick and the team at West One were quick to respond to any questions that I had. With the additional benefit of a designated parking space behind the property (vital in an area where there is little on street parking), the two apar**ents that I stayed at were excellent with plenty of space, good comfortable beds a seating area with desk to allow me to do some work, a really well equipped kitchen with full oven, microwave and fridge and a good bathroom. I have already booked for 2 more 3 night visits in May 2024 and I would strongly recommend this property to anyone staying in the area.

We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Everything ran smoothly, communication was great, the property was clean and well maintained and the bed was nice and comfy. Overall we very much enjoyed our experience at West One Studios and would recommend it.

Good value for money but distracting green light disturbs sleep. Also could not switch main lights until explained over phone. People were very helpful, approachable all through.

Great location for visiting Trent Bridge. Lots of local amenities. Furniture sp**** and poorly arranged. Only 1 bedside cabinet and no chest of drawers. Only 1 light working in the kitchen meant it was dark. Only bath towels no hand towels. No hook in bathroom for hanging clothes and no shelf for toiletries. Very basic accommodation considering price.
