We rated 5 star because good hotel , im staying last week my stay was going very excellent food was good he maintained good quality of vegetable oils , nice stay . Hotel is sichuvated near by Shiva ji park metro station, staff was very pretty, good looking well mainetd hotel nice place receptionist girls both girls is so nice and pollytile

Mainly i will say about the two girls sitting on the reception they was so helpful and are very polite with us. The service provided by them was also very good. And if i will talk about the environment it was also very calm. And room was also neat and clean with good fragrance washrooms are also very clean.

Excellent location, beautiful surrounding a**osphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist sarita mam and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Hotel is located next to shivaji park metro station Near birla hospital On club road Near by food hub next to Punjabi bagh market good room With tasty food Staff behaviour is very good heighly recommended

I normally avoid such hotels but circumstances led me to this hotel. Location is very inconvenient with almost non existent parling space. Check-in too very long. Room was very small and pathetic to say the least. Basic amenities and features were missing. Worst part was the mattress which was utterly uncomfortable and I haven't come across thisbyypenof mattress in ANY hotel I have been to. JUST AVOID!

Neat and clean room n very cooperative staff and the food was amazing. And the washroom area is also very clean . Parking area available. There is no any hotel available at this price range . I recommend this hotel .

Very unhygienic and dirty hotel. The room had water leakage and smelling as of the room hadn’t been ventilated in a long long time. The exhaust fan wasn't working. We had to repeated call for towels and toilet roll. The towel was also looking like a rag. Bad experience.
