I will never stay at Crystal Inn again. Booked a King room, and even confirmed with the hotel by phone early in the day. Arrived to be told my king room was given away and we got a 2 queen. Room was in noisy location on first floor. Dusty. Breakfast next day was supposed to be until 9, plates and food were being packed up at 8:40. Next day breakfast was interrupted at 8 by vacumming and cleaning up, no one could have conversations. Used the laundry, dryer didn't dry! Avoid at all costs ! I was told by the receptionist a room booked with Trip.com just guarantees you a room, not the room type you chose ! ALWAYS book directly with hotel chain sites!

Check in was quick and easy. Room was clean but the bed cover was stained and soap was tossed on countertop. Looked like room was not finished. When mentioned at check out the attendant just said ‘that’s just the way it is’ ???

Tub had hairs and a tissue that was used in it. Sticky bedside table, like something got spilled and hadnt been cleaned up. Pillow cases smelled like dirty laundry.
Continual noise in hallways all through the night. Picture frames rattled through the night. Employee walked through the hallway with a walki talki at 7:00am.
