The sheets had blood on them, blood appeared “fresh” as it was very bright. Hair in all the beds. Ceiling tiles in hallway were black and disgusting.

It was ok but the hotel needs upgrades. The pool area was ok but the water in the pool was extremely cold.

The hot tub had WAY TOO MUCH chlorine. Kids were coughing from inhaling it from just walking near it. There was a large mold spot on ceiling near room 211 on 2nd floor.

I clicked on the wrong dates and could not change it since it was a nonrefundable confirmation. Never stayed there that weekend and was charged for it. I needed the weekend before. Cant modify through *******. Wont use the app again.

toilet didnt have a chain so would only flush intermittently, holes in the walls, room was sticky, fridge full of ice and wobbly, coffee maker didnt work and leaked all over, outlet covers cracked and broken nothing stayed plugged in outlets loose.

My husband and I stayed here for a visit with his mother, who is a resident at Rennes Health & Rehab. Everything was great, at a great price. The convenience to Rennes, dining at Chang's and Kwik Trip, plus proximity to Highway 29 cannot be beat. Would definitely stay here again.

The property, overall, was average... but not what I expected from an AmericInn - Iexpected a little better. I was TOTALLY UNIMPRESSED with the fact that people were sleeping on the couch in the lobby when I awoke at 5 AM the last morning of my stay. The property manager was well aware that this was occurring as he was setting up the breakfast area. I thought AmericInn had better standards than 'fancy flophouse'.
