Loved the beds and sheets, hated that they did not give us fresh sheets, towels each day and had those big bottles of shampoo on the wall… worry about someone else’s germs on the soap pumps. Hard for me to work with my arthritis. TV did not work second day

I will definitely be back! Helpful staff, friendly, kind, and they allow dogs! Clean, located in a great area with many kinds of stores nearby, This is a great place for humans and doggies!

Clean, great customer service and a free breakfast bar with good coffee, a must for me. Very comfortable beds, pillows and spacious room & bathroom. Convenient to major roadways.

Had our 8 year old granddaughter on the trip. The pool was freezing cold apparently the heater was not working they said it would be fixed the following day yet 4 days later was still wasn't fixed. Pretty disappointing for her

I have stayed here multiple times and have always had a good experience except for the last time. I hate to be that person to leave a bad review but the hot water was brown and cloudy…I’m assuming from nearby construction or something but the person at the front desk said he would have known about that if it was. He switched our rooms and was very accommodating but both rooms had the same water. Upon passing another guest, they said the water was shut off a few days prior nearby but it was odd the front desk didn’t mention that. The WiFi also wasn’t working. Maybe I will give them another chance. The hotel is very clean.

Overall a good place. Great breakfast and fitness center. The pool unfortunately had a broken heater. Might want to wait a few months; a building is being constructed next door and there is construction noise. Circumstances beyond their control.

Quick one-night stay since we were headed to Buffalo. It was so convenient to be right next the interstate.

This is our second time staying at this hotel. The price is right. The rooms are clean and the staff have been super nice.
The only complaint I have (and this has been at most hotels we've stayed in) is the pillows. These pillows are so squishy that there is no head/neck support.
I will probably solve this by bringing my own pillow next time.
