We were greeted with a very warm welcome upon arrival, we were able to have our room early for no extra charge as it was ready for us around 11:30am which was an added bonus. Lovely decor and atmosphere throughout, modern bathrooms with great shower water pressure and lovely scented bathroom products. Free parking and 10 min walk to the town centre. Only 2 min walk to the beach. Breakfast was lovely too :) Highly recommend a stay at St John's, we will certainly look to book again!

Had a lovely afternoon tea at St John's. Lynne & Andy were tentative throughout the afternoon, checking that everything was OK and topping up tea/coffee pots as and when needed. The food was lovely, well presented and freshly made, including home baked, which defo made a difference. The tea room was light and airy and very comfortable. A doggie bag (box) was also supplied, as neither my friend or I were able to eat it all! Will be returning in the near future!

Perfect location to be able to walk and explore Weymouth. Great that parking is available. The room was bright, clean and airy, with all facilities that you expect from a top notch guest house. The added bonus of a large guest lounge with great facilities puts ‘the cherry on the cake’ . Breakfast was delicious with a great choice for all palates. Lynne and Andy were great hosts, always willing to go the extra mile with a smile. We would not hesitate to book this guest house again for a future visit.

We've just comeback from a 2 night stay at St Johns Guest House. Its a very clean and comfortable place to stay and the hosts were very helpful and accommodating. They have very good recommendations for places to eat and the cooked breakfast was excellent. Easy walking distance to Pubs, Restaurants and the Old Harbour. There was also free parking .If we go to Weymouth again we would happily stay there again.

Stayed here for 2 nights in May, wonderful hotel, clean, fresh, highly comfortable, super hosts and amazing breakfasts. Room has everything you need including fridge and complimentary teas and coffee. Bathroom soaps and gels smell amazing. Would highly recommend and we will be returning in the future. Thanks 👍🏼

An excellent B&B! Delicious big breakfasts, wonderfully friendly and helpful hosts, clean and comfortable (though pretty small) rooms. Great location near the beach, and easy walking distance from the train station and bus stops. Beautiful breakfast room. Some minor mix-ups with room keys, but caused no problems. Only real downside was that there was no shampoo or conditioner in the shower, only body wash.

Can’t stress enough how good this place is to stay, this is our second visit and definitely won’t be the last, fantastic couple Lynne and Andy and they can’t do enough for you a true home from home experience and the Breakfast wow best we’ve ever had top notch, a perfect place to stay private parking, easy walk to the seafront and shopping

Had an amazing afternoon tea. All home made scones cakes and quiches. So much food had to bring it home. Great service very attentive. Went with friends to celebrate a leaving do. Also stayed here last year for 2 days and felt very welcome. Will definitely be back.

this was my second visit to St John’s Guest House, this time with friends for a girly day out & delicious afternoon tea. lynne & Andy were the perfect hosts, friendly & welcoming. wonderful freshly made sandwiches, quiche & home baked scones with jam, cream & strawberries, delightful cakes & macarons, endless tea & coffee, all served in china tea cups. Excellent service, would highly recommend. Gail
