The lobby area is clean and the food area is also well maintained. The room was in need of some updates- very dark, torn sheers.
Lots of kids in hallways and very loud. To be expected though with free food and drinks.

First time ever staying at this hotel and it was amazing! They give you three free alcohol drinks a night and a snack bar from 5-7. Free breakfast in the morning also. It wasn’t like a typical fruit and muffin kind of breakfast it was nice! We stayed in the better tub room and the jetted tub was on the smaller side and the jets weren’t jetting enough for me. But I basically wanted a hot tub lol. I would 10/10 book another stay with this hotel. The beds are so comfy!!!

Only issue was our key cards were not activated so had to go back to front desk to have that corrected
Staff called to apologize and also brought up gift bags with sone free snacks to make up for the omission. Handled beautifully by Leona & Symphony.

it was convenient and easy on and off the interstate .... night manager and desk clerk need to be on the same page ... couldn't get into pool area had to be let in after being told to go to the room to get ID? weird
