The property was nice. The room was clean but the bed was way too soft with no support. My husband and i were both up by 4am with aches from the lack of support. The breakfast was nice and staff was courteous.

I loved the look of the hotel, the service and the area. It is very quiet and it is very appropriate for corporate retreats.
The rooms were clean, but I do have reservations about the bed. The mattress was too soft for my back and in the morning I woke up with about 8 bites on my right arm and a few on my back. Bed bugs maybe? I was definitely happy that we booked it just for the night.

The staff was excellent. All of them were friendly and helpful. The area around the hotel was also very nice, with shops, restaurants, and Starbucks within easy strolling distance. Parking was also quite convenient with free covered parking adjacent to the hotel. The one negative is the sub-par breakfast described by orher reviewers here. I’m not much of a breakfast person so the offered yogurt and cold cereal were fine. I had no interest in the microwaveable options.

Beds were way too soft. And shower was a bit dirty, but overall a good stay. A bit overpriced given the beds. Staff however was very welcoming and thorough.

Stayed for 4 nights to visit family. Location was perfect for accessing all of West county. Only one incident with the sprinkler system setting off the fire alarm, but it was addressed appropriately by staff.

Valued the general appeal and condition of the property. Breakfast is acceptable but closer to continental. Hot tub, although nice, was very small and only a warm tub.
