"We chose here to stay firstly because we wanted less city noise than our previous accommodation on Independence Avenue. We weren’t disappointed. It was very quiet and we were still able to walk into the CBD in 15 minutes. On arrival we were greeted by a friendly welcome and shown the lounge where we could wait, as we had arrived early. We enjoyed a complimentary coffee and relaxed for a short time. Our room was very clean and had everything we needed. Our early morning checkout went smoothly and a staff member was on hand to help with our bags and open the gate for the taxi. Highly recommend this little gem."

From contemporary ambiances that immediately relax to well-crafted food and an excellent wine curation, everything about Livega is about the details. But above all it was the warmth of all the staff that made our stay special and longing to come back soon."

"Definitely not worth 5 stars! The entire building is extremely overdue. Broken chairs and sunbeds, mold running from the pools. The breakfast was very poor. Some fruit, white bread and yogurt without bowls to put it in. We had a good laugh about it and are glad we went out for a nice meal last night instead of eating here. The room was full of dead moths, but was okay for a night. Few staff walking around and those walking around can't even say hello."

"This lodge is ideal for the beginning or end of a tour of Namibia. The welcome here at the Auas Safari Lodge was very warm, every employee was friendly and attentive to the guests. Since I was somewhat limited in my ability to walk, they were immediately willing to give me a room close to the pool and restaurant, thank you very much for that. The room is large and spacious, even equipped with a fireplace for colder days. Only the bathroom is a bit narrow and a bit awkward. Showering is only possible in a very high and narrow bathtub. When you sit on the toilet you hit the bathtub. A bit inconvenient. But the friendly staff makes up for it with their friendliness and makes the stay very pleasant. We would love to spend a few days here again at any time"

"The hotel is clean and in a good location for shopping . The hotel is not a marriot standards hotel . The AC works on and off . The staff is friendly and helpful . The manager unfortunately was very rude and embarrassed her staff in front of us , not good! Also the waitress told us that if we tipped her by signing the bill to our room she would not receive the tip .. so we gave her cash …. The marriot higher ups should be aware of this !"

The guesthouse is conveniently located within a short drive of the city center, shopping areas, and several restaurants, making it an excellent base for both business travelers and tourists. Despite being close to the city, the property has a calm and relaxing environment that feels like a home away from home. Overall, Tilla’s Guesthouse offers excellent value for money with comfortable accommodation, attentive service, and a welcoming atmosphere. "We stayed here on the first day of our tour and again on the last. The rooms are fine and the breakfast is extensive. The garden is beautiful but could use some updating. Some chairs are broken and the pool looks dirty. The staff is helpful and friendly. We wanted to go into the “town” and they arranged a taxi service with Simon. He takes you there and picks you up because the guesthouse is too far to walk. We had lunch once. They have a small menu."
