Central location, perfect for business trip. Food at the dine-in and restaurant was very good

The facilities are old, the elevator is terrifying, and the teleportation is scary. There is no free parking lot in the hotel, so I need to drive myself to the public parking lot behind the hotel for a night of 14. My car is too high to drive in, so I can only buy valet parking. There are a lot of homeless people and I dare not park on the street.

This hotel is relatively old, and it is not good compared to other Fairmont hotels. The location of the hotel is not easy to find. It is particularly inconvenient to go from the hotel to the nearby supermarket through the underground passage

It was an outdated hotel, and the prices for dining and add ons were expensive for average food. But the staff made all the difference, they were so kind and caring.

The Fairmont was what I expected. The staff were excellent, the price was high, the rooms were a good size for an older hotel.

Staff helpful and friendly. Bedding clean and comfortable. Rooms need a refresh. Carpets and walls looking grungy. There was no hot water at the sink in the morning.

We stayed 2 nights on the gold level. Beautiful room. Fantastic turn down service and housekeeping. Did not see the staff so can not give a shout out.
Gold lounge staff Maria and Kenneth both personable and offered fantastic service. Kenneth reported he was a recent immigrant to Canada and what a great addition he will be to our province.
The amenities in bathroom room are very nice. I noticed there was even a fan in closet which I bet is great in the summer and a thoughtful addition
Only comment would be when the renovate I hope the get rid of the bathtubs. Not really luxury quality and also comfort height toilets to be more accessible. The toilets are very low to ground
Also valet parking services are extra but a real bonus. Great staff there as well

Staff is wonderful. However, the hotel interio deco/style is outdated and the fan (aircon/heater) is old and loud.
