The Grove Resort & Water Park Orlando

Initial thought is the resort is beautiful. Staff is friendly, helpful and quick to respond. The room was beautiful, modern and spacious. Waterpark itself is okay for me, I've been to better. The spa is really small but I wanted my husband to experience his 1st spa, so for him it was the best and didnt want to leave. The massage therapist was immaculate. Food and drinks were okay. Tried to kayak but motor was down on their boat so couldn't do any of the lake activities per staff just incase someone gets lost they wont be able to come get you. Con of the trip was not knowing when you get there you'll pay additional parking and resort fee plus deposit. No lake activities except fishing at the pier. Overall it was a good 1st time experience there.

Excellent staff. Everyone we encountered was above and beyond friendly and helpful. The grounds are amazing. Beautifully maintained and designed. There are not enough chairs at the pools. The room was quite roomy and nice but poorly appointed. There were no kitchen linens at all or dishwasher soap so no way to wash dishes. Also there were no coffee or filters.

2 bedroom was well appointed, spacious, and in good condition. Staff were helpful and friendly. Check in and out times are very busy with long wait times. Pools and property were great.

This property is fantastic especially if you just want to park yourself and not go anywhere else. Super family friendly with lots of activities for kids. The water park, lake and arcade were highlights. All of the staff we encountered were extremely friendly. Great value. We loved having a full kitchen in our unit. We spent 4 nights and it was the perfect amount of time.

Pros - The resort is clean and plenty of things to do. The rooms are specious and clean. Cons - parking is $25 + tax/day, cabins $275/day. Suggestion - 1. have a wall mirror in the bathroom by the pool. 2. Reduce the price on cabins and you’ll never see them empty (in 4 days we saw them occupied only twice one cabin out of three. Overall- great service, friendly staff members, quick check in, amazing grounds/pools.

The hotel was located far away from everything. And there was additional costs for almost everything

Alot of fun for the kids. Staff was great, especially at the water park pool. Accommodations were very nice.

Been here three times. First time was amazing, second time not bad but this time it was the worse ever. Money grab for everything. We paid good money to go here and now they are adding gratuity onto everything. Need to wash our own pool towels, need to bring everything in as the rooms don’t have kitchen essentials. Water park isn’t open till 10 which is late as this is geared to kids and they are up early. Need to pay for pool side seating - this is new and it’s annoying bc I’ve paid to be at this resort and now they are asking more money for a seat. So if you have money it’s a win win but for families who finally got to go away now you are asking for more money. They are not consistent with their prices. One day I paid $4 for an ice cream and the next day it was $6.5. One day I paid $17 for a drink (small cup with lots of ice so barely anything in this cup) and the next day if was $8.5. Not allowed to bring your own food or drinks in which is annoying bc again they are expensive. Lower their prices and they will still make money. For a resort this high in price I would have thought we would get more. They only offer house keeping once per stay - which is fine however they don’t give cleaning supplies to clean up the kitchen /bathroom. Their entertainment in the afternoon is supposed to go from 1-4 but the dj doesn’t start till 2:30 and is gone by 4. This resort needs to offer more night time stuff for the kids like the holiday inn in Orlando
