"The hotel room was very spacious and generally clean. Some things in the bathroom were quite worn. The beds were very comfortable, and there was air conditioning in the room. Unfortunately, the key codes didn't work. After a quick call to the hotline, they gave me a new key code, and I was able to get in. It was still a bit annoying, though."

"We didn't expect much, but what we found was all other than acceptable (we booked 2 rooms as a family for 4 next rooms, but we have already left after a night, because you couldn't feel well here). Mostly because both rooms were not clean, in many corners spinning/ spinning nets (it was apparent that they were not fresh nets). Also on the hall of the room there were some spins and nets we had to avoid. A door of the kitchen cabinet was only hanging on a shaft, the clothes were not properly mounted and wacky. There were no flying networks at the windows, in both rooms several pieces were killed by us at night (＞8). We were promised a call from the manager, which never took place. "We booked an accessible room and were overall very satisfied. The room was generous, light and had a beautiful terrace. We would like to highlight the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the good breakfast and super sauna. The bathroom was large enough and well equipped – with stop grips and enough space for a wheelchair. A small criticism point concerns the bed: Although it was adjustable through a remote control, the transposition from the wheelchair to bed was difficult due to the broad edge of the bed. A more wheelchair-adjustable solution would be desirable here. Overall, the stay was very pleasant and we would probably like to come back."
