The hotel is located just 5 mins from the intercity bus station, and there are many good eateries in the neighborhood. There is also a small park nearby for easy and nice exercise. The bus stop nearby also has direct buses to the KTX station.
The room is a bit old but well-equipped with hairdryer, toiletries, bathrobe, bath tub etc and is large & warm. Only the toilet ventilation brings some cigarette smoke from other rooms…
The main staff Mr Jeong is also helpful. Overall, great stay at a budget price!

It's non-smoking... but it smelled too much like cigarettes.
It's just as good as the price.
There are a lot of restaurants nearby and it's just cheap for a day trip.

原州市外バスターミナルからすぐの場所にあります。
私は21時頃にバスターミナルに到着して、そこからモーテルへ向かいました。原州は初めて訪れた場所ですが、モーテルがわかりやすい立地だったので助かりました。
夜に到着したのでフロントの方が席を外していてしばらく待たされました。案内ボードにある番号へ電話しても何故かつながらず。
一瞬途方に暮れましたけど、フロントは基本的に夜も有人のようなので待っていればスタッフさんは戻ってくるみたいです。
あと建物は古いし規模も小さい方だと思うのですが、部屋のお掃除を２人体制でされていて、デッキブラシでしっかり清掃している様子をチラッとみかけました。
とは言え、周辺地域で最安値のモーテルです。
お値段に対して施設の質は高いですが、期待して行くとショックを受けるかもしれません。
韓国の地方のモーテルに行き慣れてる方なら問題なく快適に過ごせるはずです。
