前台服務態度一般，讓開發票，聽不懂，還説客人普通話説的不好，盡找理由，我都醉了。打掃房間的人員服務態度非常好，總體來説還是滿意的，下次還會入住的。

環境差，連礦泉水都不提供，衞生很不好，前台服務很差關鍵是床單被罩還有洞，咱也不知道是老鼠咬的，還是用的時間太久了，哎，提意見，還沒有改進，拉黑，拉黑，必須拉黑，以後再也不會住的一家店，超級差！

特別特別生氣
在酒店入住的時候，因為排隊的人多，在登記的時候就順手把隨身物品放在了前台旁邊的桌子上，等第二天想起來去問前台，前台説啊，我不知道昨天晚上不是我值班的，就沒有後續了，等我外出回來的時候，我又問了一遍，他就説跟他沒關係，東西也沒有多貴重但是這種態度就特別特別讓人生氣以後再也不會入住這家酒店了，然後我説那能不能看一下監控呢？他們也不給
