The customer service is extremely irresponsible. They don’t look at the order at all. They don’t let people stay if they are booked and paid. They booked the hotel a week in advance and were not allowed to live at 11pm. They told me that they didn’t pay attention to my order. Someone else lives. In the middle of the night, I have to go to a long distance to find a hotel. It is strongly recommended that everyone don't live! Too cheating!

拖鞋兩衹還是反的，衞生間都有煙頭，床單也是黑黃，可以肯定上家住完根本沒有打掃，空調就是擺設，一晚上頭蒙在被子裏，根本不敢翻身，差點凍死，這是最不能忍受的，水也不熱，最多勉強洗個臉，洗澡根本不可能，隔音效果極差，我一晚上都穿着衣服睡，枕頭上墊着自己的衣服，因為我實在沒勇氣身體的任何部位直接接觸她的被褥，我是個對酒店很無所謂的人，但是也是完全受不了，攜程的第一個差評貢獻給這家店了
