The hotel is in an excellent location and can directly cover internet celebrity check-in attractions + dining: less than 100 meters away is the ”Bagong House” where internet celebrities check-in. It must be mentioned that the ”Hankou No. 2 Factory” soda at the intersection of Bagong House is very delicious, 8 It’s not expensive. Just walk 50 meters to Wuhan locals’ “Three Towns for People’s Livelihood”. Don’t over-interpret the blogger’s premature recommendation. It’s better to take a taxi to travel far than to experience the locals’ “Three Towns” collection. Town people's livelihood ”Three fresh bean curds, fried buns, and hot dry noodles are the best!” Speaking of which, 2 meters across from Sanzhen is the famous ”Liu Yihu” lotus root noodles, and next door is the ”Chicken Crown Dumplings” and ”Glutinous Rice Chicken” which are so delicious! ! ! When you go out of the hotel, turn right and go up the steps 5 meters to the river beach. In short, this is the best hotel choice for eating, drinking and staying on Lihuangpi Road! ! ! The front desk service was very heart-warming. When I learned that I had to catch an early flight, I contacted the kitchen to prepare a takeaway breakfast. It was like a family! This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. The experience was just as great as the first time. The rooms are all very clean, the linnens and towels are fresh and clean as well. The rooms are well designed with modern amenities. While they many not have many things inside of them besides the basics, everything works well and there is plenty of things to do around the hotel. The hotel also has a coffee machine with free coffee and a small snack area. There is a basic breakfast available and night snacks in the evening. They even have a small robot that will bring delirveries to your room. The staff is very nice and they put in extra effort to make sure your stay is comfortable. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel if you want a pleasant stay at an affordable price!

First off, I want to say that the housekeeping depar**ent was wonderful. They were not only great cleaners but they were also very thoughtful about checking when we would be out of the room during the day if they happened to show up when we were there. A few other things that were great about the hotel: the spectacular location (it's near so many great restaurants in a very walkable area), the big empty swimming pool with a view of the city, the generosity with face masks, and all staff seemed well trained in hospitality... So it breaks my heart that our arrival at the hotel so completely marred our stay. When my kids and I walked into the hotel one of the staff--I'm afraid I didn't catch her name in my shock, but I believe she was the manager on duty--grabbed a handful of gloves and handed them to us as we were still struggling to pull out all the green codes required of us (we were told to show two codes initially and then later would go through many more codes in a quest to see which would be accepted). She started the conversation by asking if we were leaving and when we said we were checking in, she asked to see the tracing app and immediately declared all the places we had been to as dangerous (the app was green and there were no asterisks at that point, I would later gain an asterisk thanks to being in Wuhan). They were not. We had travelled carefully, tracking the news of outbreaks and did our best to avoid all dangerous locations and crowds. We explained this to her and walked her through every place on our trip that we had been, but she refused to accept any of this. She kept insisting everywhere we had been was dangerous. It didn't matter to her how many green codes we had. We were foreigners that had come to Wuhan from a city in Jiangsu, taking a route that travelled near provinces where there were COVID-19 cases, and that meant we were dangerous. I want to be sympathetic. People in Wuhan had a much worse 2020 than anyone else in China. I can only imagine how terrifying it must be to have another significant outbreak a year later (we further had the bad luck of arriving in Wuhan on the same day as new cases). The hotel staff gave us a free fruit plate and they gave my daughter a stuffed animal, which she adored. But I was also travelling alone with two kids who were so traumatized by the experience (they were worried that we would be taken to a hospital or quarantine center and separated for who-knows-how-long) that they initially refused to eat dinner and still talk about the experience a week later (it didn't help that they noticed a Chinese guest arrive and check in without a face mask while we were still being interrogated with gloves and masks on and waited for a doctor to come and clear us). When the kids finally did decide they would eat, so long as we didn't leave the hotel, we discovered there was no longer ocean fish or seafood on the menu because of the virus which was interesting because we would find plenty of places outside the hotel that still offered salmon. Later when we tried to go to the Thai restaurant in the ball, we were told it was not open to us because of COVID-19 restrictions even though two lovely ladies who looked shocked to see us in the elevator were welcomed in. I assume there was some small private engagement or meeting that wasn't open to the public as there was no information anywhere that said the hotel restaurant was closed to the public. So I am divided on my feelings on this hotel. I want to believe it is a well run hotel and we were just unlucky to arrive on the wrong day. I can't really see myself staying here again if I return to Wuhan. My kids and I didn't really feel welcome here.

I really this hotel a lot. It’s renovated from an old prestige building. Just walking in the hotel already giving me the reminiscence of the past. The room itself is big, clean , well decorated. We left quite early so didn’t try its breakfast. Staff was nice. Since the a/c, curtain, lights, tv are voice control, the front desk staff came with me to the room to show how we could control them

I have to complain, this was a terrible stay. Checked in that night and was upgraded to the executive floor during registration. But a series of bad experiences started after checking in. 1. After taking a bath, I found that the water in the bathtub was blocked. 2. I woke up from the heat at 12 o'clock in the middle of the night. The room was stuffy and hot. This was March in Wuhan, and the temperature outside was very comfortable. I found that the air conditioner panel only blew hot air whether it was turned on for hot air or cold air, and there were no windows to open for ventilation. I called customer service and the technician who came to my door told me that there is no air conditioning in Wuhan during this season. Let him enter the house to experience the sweltering heat. He said that he could feel the heat as soon as he stood at the door. I asked why it couldn't even blow natural cold wind. Anyway, it only had hot air. As a result, the master brought a fan to cool down and ventilate the room. It was incredible that I fell asleep with the fan blowing on that night. 3. The phone can only be used for hands-free dialing, and the handset cannot be used. The hands-free sound is too loud and the volume cannot be adjusted. I went to customer service to report the situation in the middle of the night, but the old man who was already asleep was woken up like this. It was really frustrating! I hope the hotel can continue to improve its facilities and give everyone a wonderful accommodation experience. The cost of a hotel night is quite a lot, so it should at least be worth it.

Hotel is in a good location. Right near a shopping street with some night markets and plenty of food around. I booked a city view room but was given a room with a view of the inside of the building. The room was big and spacious but the carpet smelled bad which made the room smell like an old pair of socks. Bed was clean and shower was clean. Overall not a bad stay but I saw other rooms on my way out that were much cleaner and nicer. I paid extra for the city view but didn’t get it. So a bit of a waste of money. Other friends that stayed here on same day for free upgrade and paid half what I paid and also got the city view. Not worth paying extra I think. Breakfast was not worth it. Better to eat nearby. Overall the hotel is a bit old and I would say probably a 2.5-3 star. Needs a good clean, some new carpet and some better food for the breakfast. Looks good in the photos but I guess I was just unlucky with the room.

We had a great time at this hotel. Located central to everything. Desk staff were nice and housekeeping did an excellent job of taking care of and cleaning the room daily. It’s only a 2 minute walk to the famous pedestrian street. We never ate at the hotel because food services by the hundreds were just across the street. Very happy with our stay here and would return again in the future. Wonderful.

A nice mosiac floor and glass trumpet lighting chandelier greets you when you walk into the lobby. Its a blueish hue, leather sofa and great service from reception with oupon for supper will surprise any guest. Room are cosy, clean and high tech with voice activated control by ”xiao du”. Lightning ambient can be change from bright to cosy to watch video stream from gour phone to a giant Huawei screen. Service call are answered promptly and receptionist goes the extra mile to answer your queries. Convenient location to go around city attraction. It near a metro station. The location is relatively good, just on the pedestrian street, the surrounding area is lively, and the hotel staff are also very polite. The bathroom in the room smelled like it was stuffy. Get off at Exit C of Wuhan Metro Line 2 and walk 200 meters away. The original hotel has been newly renovated and the facilities are simple and clear, similar to those in Vienna. I booked a day in advance and paid 660 to bring breakfast. The breakfast on the 5th floor was really average. The beef noodles are not tasty. Not a lot of variety but still enough to fill you up! I found an ant on my bed at night when I went to sleep. Disinfection needs to be strengthened! Maybe it’s because it’s newly opened. There’s road construction going on downstairs and it’s super loud. However, the hotel’s soundproofing facilities serve as soundproofing facilities, but you can still hear it. This construction🚧It’s estimated that the road construction may not be completed in half a year. The sound of the electric drill is super loud. . In addition, the hotel only provides 8 hours of parking in the underground parking lot 🅿️. If you pay more than that, it is suspected to be 6 yuan an hour! Just like that!

To be honest, I feel there is a certain gap between Aduo and Aduo S. The hotel looks like an express hotel. On the first night I checked in, I found that the air conditioner could only heat the room temperature at 28 degrees and it was suffocating. I couldn't call the front desk. I couldn't upload photos by scanning the QR code to complain. The river view room had a side river view and the shower head had no water. It is too slow and the room hygiene needs to be improved. The breakfast restaurant serves a decent variety and is filling. The best thing about the whole process was the enthusiasm and timely response of every service staff. The little brother at the front desk helped us bring an electric fan and boiled water for us to heat instant noodles before leaving. The restaurant staff were serious and responsible.
