地理位置很好、近地鐵口、武大旁邊，附近商圈多，前台小姐姐非常熱情的接待，瞭解我睡眠不好主動幫我升級房型，還送了武漢特產給我們外地遊客，非常暖心，房間也很乾凈，非常滿意的一次入住。

服務太差了，同樣華住品牌，本來以為全季會比桔子高端一點，結果比我前兩天訂的桔子酒店差多了。房間比桔子小，電梯口地板有人撒了飲料黏黏的好幾天都不拖。最不滿意的是早餐，每天9點左右去吃就什麼東西都沒了，住了三天沒有一天裝飲料和牛奶的罐子不是衹剩一個底倒不出來的，玉米三天都是半生的，咖啡機不開。裏面所有桌子堆滿了別人吃完的盤子沒人收拾，新來吃早餐的客人沒有地方坐，麪檔阿姨坐在裏面玩手機。前台還推銷我辦了個99的會員才給的三天早餐，早知道是這樣的早餐，我一天都不想吃。太不值這個價格了。
