前台姐姐很温柔，走的時候還送了伴手禮，很貼心。前台的茶很好喝！！！離地鐵站挺近的出入比較方便，住三天每天都有打掃衞生，住在靠路那邊也不會很吵，窗户玻璃隔音還是不錯的，忘記拍酒店的照片了，總之在武漢玩得很開心！！！

房間很乾凈，是出差，很晚了需要打印，前台工作人員二話不説就幫我打印，而且我還打印了很多張，非常感謝咱們酒店的工作人員，並且收拾房間的阿姨非常仔細，很喜歡，謝謝，下次來武漢還會選擇住的😊

酒店位置還不錯，離廣埠屯地鐵站大概十分鐘步程，騎共享單車更快。房間價格實惠，店員主動幫忙使用優惠方式購買早餐券。房間床位1.5+1.2米，適合三口之家出行，住得舒服。早餐18元一位，種類豐富，雖然選擇不太多，但吃得非常對胃口，很滿足。服務態度和質量都可以的，和前台以及清潔阿姨溝通的事項很快就落實了。到店和離店都贈送了小禮品，小孩很開心。整體值得推薦入住，體驗挺好。

自駕出遊，還在路上的時候就接到酒店電話，詢問大概到店時間，是否需要提前幫忙打開空調...真的還沒入住就感到暖心~ 房間也收拾的乾淨整潔，有免費的掛耳咖啡和茶包...還給送了新年小禮品 酒店離地鐵站和公交站也都不算太遠，出行比較方便。去武大，湖北博物館，東湖也都方便 總體來説，還不錯😊

很新的酒店，也非常乾淨，房間也夠寬敞。工作人員服務態度也特別好，有求必應，大雪天氣，少加了一點錢，送早餐還可以延遲退房，非常人性化。早餐的蛋炒飯很好吃，很多雞蛋，哈哈哈，牛奶也不像兑水的。洗衣機和烘乾機非常方便，要是沒有烘乾機都不知道大雪天什麼時候才幹。樓下的幸福餐館又便宜又好吃，是地道的湖北土菜館。酒店離國博不遠，坐地鐵也不是太遠。
