因為是攜程金鑽會員，住酒店都會無條件升級房間，也會延遲退房時間，攜程網的貼心服務，讓我更加認可和信任，會一如既往的啟用攜程網上服務。
前天因為來朋友，需要住宿，我在其他家已經預訂好了酒店，可是攜程網看到如家酒店是新開業的酒店，服務設施會好一點，跟預訂的酒店協商後全額退款。從新在攜程網下單在如家酒店併入住，因為如家酒店沒有早點，所以遲點去吃午飯，酒店通知12點退房，我跟大堂服務站溝通後，可以延遲到1點，我也很服務員溝通不一定飯後休息一會，可以辦理鐘點房，當時服務員説鐘點房80元，但是我們入住的房間沒有鐘點房，又溝通4小時120元，我給服務員個人轉賬200元，飯後12點53分朋友去房間休息，服務員1點半給我發微信説4小時之內都要收120元。朋友2點03分拿着行李放到車上後備箱，上車後才給我發微信説2點退房了，服務員給我退款80元，收取費用120元，我去現場跟服務員溝通後説可以延遲退房時間到2點，可服務員説遲了3分鐘，她們經理下來溝通説，服務員新來的，她會溝通給我退款。我也跟她們説不是錢多少的問題，而且酒店的態度和做法讓我無法接受。本來還準備包房長期合作，今後也不會有合作意向了。
